Però la cosa più buona era il pane. Servizio eccellente, veloce e cortese. Da apprezzare il tovagliato di stoffa e non il monouso. Suggerirei un tantino di qualità in più sulle pietanze e giustamente un qualcosa in più sul prezzo. Questa è una provocazione in modo tale che la prossima volta che ritorno mi aspetto di mangiar meglio pagando giustamente qualcosa in più. The owner's passion shines through and involves and you detect it from the details, from the descriptions of the dishes that seem like stories, travels, from the search for raw materials. Abbiamo provato praticamente di tutto, dall'antipasto misto di salumi locali e formaggi fino alla parmigianina bianca e alla doppia porzione di mallone e di fagioli con castagne, che tra l'altro erano fenomenali. I primi non da meno, con in particolare un ottimo spaghettone "semplice" con peperoncino e vellutata di cavolfiore e una pasta farcita da provare assolutamente, con fontina e speck. Ottima anche la scottona locale, servita su pietra di sale dell'himalaya, che le conferisce sapore durante la cottura. Proprietà attenta al cliente e sul pezzo, complimenti.
