Abbiamo mangiato dei carciofi spettacolari, per non parlare della tartare di carne con tartufo: una vera delizia per il palato. Abbiamo chiesto consiglio al signor Franco per la scelta delle carni e grazie alla sua guida abbiamo degustato tagli saporiti e succosi. Un’esperienza culinaria di altissimo livello con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. I went with my family to this beautiful and welcoming place for lunch. We ate some spectacular artichokes, not to mention the meat tartare with truffle: a real treat for the palate. We asked Mr. Franco for advice on the choice of meats and thanks to his guide we tasted tasty and juicy cuts. A top-level culinary experience with excellent value for money.

Ho potuto apprezzare non solo la gentilezza e la professionalità del personale di sala e del proprietario , ma soprattutto la raffinatezza nei dettagli dei piatti con descrizione dettagliata annessa ogni qualvolta arrivava una portata. Abbiamo preso le polpettine con cipolla ramata, fantastiche..patate al forno,un insalatina per staccare un po' i gusti e apprezzare i 1350 hg di marchigiana che si scioglieva sulla lingua . Sono stato con amici, abbiamo provato una serie di antipasti (buonissimo il carciofo alla giudia), poi siamo passati al piatto forte, la carne. Abbiamo provato la regina delle Alpi (simmenthal del Trentino), uno spettacolo. A rendere il tutto ancora più bello una bella nevicata. Torneremo sicuramente. Beautiful discovery!
