★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho alloggiato con amici in occasione di un lungo fine settimana e mi sono trovato benissimo. Soprattutto la precisione, affidabilità e puntualità del proprietario e' stata eccellente. L'appartamento e' veramente qualcosa fi meraviglioso, arredato finemente con alcuni mobili antiquati letto comodissimo e completo di tutta l'attrezzatura per cucinare.
Soprattutto siamo rimasti sbalorditi dal bagno che e' veramente una per la, sembra uno di quei bagno lussuosi delle ville Vip.....
Ci siamo trovati benissimo e mi sento di consigliarlo sua per motivi di lavoro che in vacanza.
Si presta alle famiglie ma anche alle coppie visto che l'appartamento è anche molto romantico.
INSOMMA, SUPERCONSIGLIATO.....
 I stayed with friends over a long weekend and had a great time. Above all, the owner's accuracy, reliability and punctuality were excellent. The apartment is truly something fi wonderful, finely furnished with some old furniture, very comfortable bed and complete with all the cooking equipment.
Above all we were amazed by the bathroom which is truly one for the, it looks like one of those luxurious bathrooms of the Vip villas .....
We had a great time and I would recommend it for business or vacation purposes.
It lends itself to families but also to couples as the apartment is also very romantic.
In short, SUPER RECOMMENDED .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this apartment because I was looking to find a place for some colleagues.
It's at the first floor (not ground floor!), no elevator.
The apartment is really nice, ample living room/dining room, ample kitchen, 2 large bedrooms and a large bathroom.
Everything is renovated just now, including the bathroom. The furniture is very nice with several pieces from 1700! , so the furniture is mainly classic.
They have air conditioning. I visit d several apartments in Florence, and this one is one of the best i saw.
It's in a convenient location, with parking nearby and just 10 minutes from walk from the very city center.

The Casa Town house is really elegant and comfortable - the furniture is in style with the historic renaissance style that makes your stay literally fantastic.
It is a perfect accomodation for either business - coupples and big family.
The host is very helpful and welcoming. Really great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10-15 min walk to the old town. Very good and friendly service. The apartment is great, clean and many detail were thought through very well. Street parking is possible, but sometimes hard to find a spot. Paid parking only 100m away at 30€ per day.
