È situato in posizione strategica, con posto auto disponibile in una corte interna come plus impareggiabile, e permette di raggiungere il centro storico con una piacevole passeggiata di 15/20 minuti o con i mezzi (fermata autobus di fronte al portone d'ingresso). È dotato di ogni confort, silenzioso e discreto, attorniato da supermercato, pasticceria, locali per stuzzicare ed altri servizi. Cercate un pied-à-terre per visitare Firenze?!
