G	Giovanni Piccinini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recensione La Rosa Rossa Siamo arrivati di sabato pomeriggio, accolti subito benissimo dalla titolare, che dopo le operazioni di registrazione ci ha spiegato tutto molto bene. La casa non ha orari, quindi con le chiavi si può entrare ed uscire a qualsiasi ora; la distanza dal paese è veramente irrisoria, basta attraversare un ponte e si accede direttamente al centro storico. La pulizia veramente al top, e cosa gradita la camera è dotata di bagno, piccolo ma comunque efficiente. Dotata di ventilazione/riscaldamento (nei periodi dove occorre), tramite uno split sopra la porta. Camera tutto sommato grande (eravamo in 4), matrimoniale e 2 letti castello, ha anche 2 balconi da dove è possibile apprezzare una discreta vista. La colazione compresa, e questo è un gran punto a favore, è disponibile presso il bar di fronte previa consegna di buoni pasto che la proprietaria vi consegna al momento del check in. Il letto è molto scomodo, io e mia moglie ci siamo alzati entrambe con il mal di schiena. Purtroppo, complice, probabilmente, il sabato sera, gli schiamazzi sono andati avanti fino alle 4:30 del mattino. Ovviamente la cosa non tange minimamente la qualità della camera/casa ma comunque in estate bisogna tener conto della vicinanza al bar, situato proprio di fronte, che, per carità fino anche all'una e 30 di notte è comprensibilissimo il rumore dato dal "divertimento" ma superate le tre comincia ad essere un po fastidioso. Room all in all large (we were 4), double and 2 bunk beds, also has 2 balconies from where you can enjoy a decent view. The breakfast included, and this is a big plus, is available at the bar in front of you upon delivery of meal vouchers that the owner delivers to you upon check-in. The bed is very uncomfortable, my wife and I both got up in the back. Unfortunately, as an accomplice, probably, on Saturday night, the noises went on until 4:30 am. Obviously, this does not affect the quality of the room / house in any way, but in summer it is necessary to take into account the proximity to the bar, located right in front, which, for goodness sake even at one and thirty at night, is very understandable the noise given by the "fun "but after three o'clock it starts to be a little annoying.
M	Marco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bed and breakfast vicinissimo al centro di Cagli. Stanza piccola ma pulitissima con lenzuola profumatissima. L'accoglienza è davvero gradevole. La colazione è inclusa qualsiasi cosa si scelga ma potrebbe essere migliorata: o vieni indirizzato al bar sull'altro lato della strada o altrimenti nella cucina dell'appartamento stesso ma purtroppo i prodotti sono per lo più confezionati. Buono per una tappa se si è di passaggio. Bed and breakfast very close to the center of Cagli. Small but spotless room with scented sheets. The welcome is really pleasant. Breakfast is included whatever you choose but could be improved: either you are directed to the cafe across the street or otherwise into the kitchen of the apartment itself but sadly the products are mostly packaged. Good for a stage if you are passing through.

La nostra camera era spaziosa e ben arredata, con un bagno, dotato di vasca, molto grande. La zona colazione non è molto grande ma si mangia molto bene ed quello che conta. La signora Marina, che lo gestisce, è molto disponibile e fa dei dolci eccellenti. C'è il parcheggio privato che è molto grande e gratuito. Purtroppo non è accessibile ai disabili perché ci sono le scale. Good location, in the new area but 500 meters from the center. Simple but comfortable structure. Our room was spacious and well furnished, with a very large bathroom with a bathtub. The breakfast area is not very big but you eat very well and what matters. Mrs. Marina, who runs it, is very helpful and makes excellent desserts. There is private parking which is very large and free. Unfortunately it is not accessible to disabled people because there are stairs.

La signora è stata davvero disponibile e gentile (ha indicato ristoranti e altro sulla e della zona). Stanza pulitissima e molto carina con perfette misure anti covid. Presenti anche spazzolini da denti, phon e mini-frigo con già due bottigliette di acqua in omaggio, cose davvero apprezzate. Colazione buonissima. Disponibile parcheggio ampio gratuito. Beautiful experience. Bed and breakfast in a beautiful town and convenient for visiting Urbino, Frasassi caves etc. The lady was really helpful and kind (she pointed out restaurants and more about and in the area). Very clean and very nice room with perfect anti covid measures. There are also toothbrushes, hair dryers and mini-fridges with two free bottles of water already, things really appreciated. Very good breakfast. Ample free parking available.
