V	Valter De Iuliis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La camera (Risorgimento) é ubicata a piano terra dell'edificio e si affaccia sul piccolo giardino per il tramite di una porta finestra, unico punto luce. A tale mancanza si sopperisce con un depuratore d'aria sempre in funzione e poco rumoroso. La camera é pulita, ben arredata, e dotata di tutti i comfort tra i quali il climatizzatore, un tv 43 pollici fronte letto e perfino un bollitore con gli infusi. Abbiamo apprezzato in particolare la colazione perfetta e ben servita in una location molto curata. Bravi. Il centro storico si raggiunge a piedi con 10 minuti di strada in salita. Si può parcheggiare di fronte la struttura o nelle immediate vicinanze oppure nel vicino parcheggio pubblico.

Colazione superlativa, con dolci preparati dalle sapienti mani della proprietaria. Molto apprezzata anche la mail di benvenuto con tutte le indicazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno, e la possibilità di effettuare la scelta della colazione, peraltro dolce e salato. Gentilezza e disponibilità ne fanno un luogo che consigliamo vivamente. Bravi! Continuate così! Great b & b, just outside the walls. The historic center can be easily reached on foot. Superb breakfast, with desserts prepared by the expert hands of the owner. The welcome email with all the useful information for our stay and the possibility to choose the breakfast, sweet and salty, is also very appreciated. Kindness and availability make it a place that we highly recommend. Well done! Keep it up!

We arrived after driving through the rain for a couple of hours and were met at our car by the owner with an umbrella. That was the beginning of the outstanding, friendly service. The room was comfortable, with a shared balcony that overlooked the road. (It looks like there's a garden area in the back, but it was still raining ...) Modern, efficient bathroom. Spectacular breakfast: granola, juice, fruit, a plate with several cheeses, yoghurt, coffee (of course), and homemade pastries including a croissant made with olive oil rather than butter. We couldn't finish it, and took some with us.

The room was super clean and very pleasant with quality equipement. The quality breakfast was good and offered a large choice. Located just oustide the walls of the city, 5mn walk.

All amenities are provided. Breakfast is very good with cakes that Sabina bakes herself. Highly recommended if visiting Urbino.
