Siamo stati una notte a inizio gennaio, abbiamo cenato con involtini di pollo e tagliata sale rosmarino veramente ottimi. Stanza e sale interne molto ben curate. Colazione un po’ da migliorare. Da tornarci. Really friendly owner, always ready to satisfy your request. We stayed one night in early January, we had dinner with chicken rolls and really good rosemary salt. Very well-kept room and interior rooms. Breakfast a little bit to improve. To go back.
M	Margherita Loda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location bellissima,mi hanno detto che era un vecchio mulino, la colazìone scarsa una brioches in 3 qualche biscotto, yogurt , non mi è piaciuto il fatto che non ci fosse la tovaglietta ne x la colazione ne x la cena , io toglierei nelle camere i fiori e i cuscini sulle pareti sopra il letto ,"rifugio di polvere". Beautiful location, they told me it was an old mill, the poor breakfast a croissant in 3 some biscuits, yogurt, I did not like the fact that there was no placemat for breakfast or dinner, I would remove the flowers and pillows on the walls above the bed, "dust haven".

Camera ampia, pulita letto comodo, solo il segnale wifi non prende bene in camera; colazione non pantagruelica ma soddisfacente. Tutto intorno un grande e fresco giardino che ripara dalla calura dell’estate 2020, dove abbiamo cenato splendidamente. Menù non esteso ma tutti piatti ottimamente cucinati e buon vino. Si sale a visitare Urbino in 5 minuti. Comodo parcheggio nel terreno dello stesso B&B. Il tutto completato da personale simpatico e cortese. Consigliato assolutamente Pleasant stay in a B&B housed in an ancient seventeenth-century mill, totally renovated. Large room, clean comfortable bed, only the wifi signal does not take well in the room; breakfast not gargantuan but satisfying. All around a large and cool garden that shelters from the heat of summer 2020, where we had a splendid dinner. not extended menu but all well cooked food and good wine. You go up to visit Urbino in 5 minutes. Convenient parking in the ground of the same B & B. All completed by friendly and courteous staff. Absolutely recommended

Un vecchio mulino ad acqua restaurato e trasformato anche in un ristorante le cui pietanze sono preparate da madre e figlio, proprietari e gestori dell'intera struttura : tutto gustoso e buono. Piccolo giardino con tavoli all'esterno e altri all'interno per la colazione. Dolce e salata su richiesta,frutta fresca, dolci da forno,varia e abbondante. Il proprietario molto gentile ci ha spiegato la storia del luogo. Consigliabile per visitare i dintorni Ancient mill restored 10 minutes from Urbino. Old style rooms but with great attention to detail. Very comfortable bed and strictly white towels. Small garden with tables outside and others inside for breakfast. Sweet and savory on request, fresh fruit, baked desserts, varied and abundant. The very kind owner explained the history of the place to us. Recommended for visiting the surroundings
