★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentilezza si ma convenienza molto poca. Avevo chiesto dei profili in plastica per una mensola vetro frigo ma mi era stato risposto che esisteva il ricambio solo di "tutta la mensola". Alla mia insistenza e visto che ne ero al corrente si "accorgevano" che esistevano anche i singoli ricambi profili, da ordinare. E comunque molto più cari degli stessi ( originali) presenti in altri negozi sul medesimo territorio. Non una buona impressione
Kindness yes but very little convenience. I had asked for plastic profiles for a glass fridge shelf but I was told that there was only a replacement for "the whole shelf". At my insistence and since I was aware of it, they "realized" that there were also individual spare parts profiles, to be ordered. And in any case much more expensive than the same (originals) present in other shops in the same area. Not a good impression

Ovviamente non ha provato minimamente a capire il mio problema.

On the phone I was answered by an arrogant character who dismissed me with a "goodbye" after 23 seconds of conversation.
He obviously didn't try to understand my problem in the slightest.
