Ho acquistato un frigo Beko ad incasso monoporta ,mi è stato consegnato il 17 Giugno e lo stesso giorno che me lo hanno consegnato e installato mi sono accorta che non funzionava (praticamente messo a 0 congelava tutto ) l'ho fatto presente al negozio e mi hanno detto di chiamare l'assistenza l'ho chiamata e hanno confermato che il termostato era rotto e volevano ripararlo, ma dovevo aspettare che arrivasse il ricambio . Allora ho chiesto .Visto che mi sono accorta da subito che non funziona desidererei il frigo sostituito e la mia richiesta èstata accettata . Mi consegnano il frigo il 20 luglio e dopo che aspetto tutto questo tempo mi consegnano un frigo riciclato con cassetto porta verdure del frigo bosch la guarnizione mezza staccata e dentro tutto sporco di terra nera una mensola in meno e per averla l'ho dovuta recuperare andandomela a prendere in negozio dal frigo che si erano portati via .Questo è il frigo nuovo pagato 370 euro praticamenteaccomodato con pezzi di altri frigo ,quindi non è un frigo nuovo.Non sarà mai più che comprerò un elettrodomestico in questo negozio prendono in giro la gente come niente fosse .
Bad experience ..
