Bad service, for a repair on a coffee machine that was not carried out, they extorted me 10 euros in advance and I never saw the machine again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persone incompetenti. Ho portato la mia stirella per un problema di fuoriuscita del vapore, in garanzia dopo 5 mesi dall'acquisto. Dopo 15 giorni mi chiamano per dirmi che la stirella e' stata riparata ,tempo una settimana e si ripresenta lo stesso problema. Quindi la devo riportare in assistenza per non so quanti giorni ancora con un disagio da parte mia di fare avanti e indietro dal centro di assistenza. Se non siete capaci cambiate mestiere.
Incompetent people. I brought my ironing board due to a steam leakage problem, under warranty after 5 months of purchase. After 15 days they call me to tell me that the stencil has been repaired, after a week and the same problem recurs. So I have to bring her back to assistance for I don't know how many days yet with an inconvenience on my part to go back and forth to the assistance center. If you are not capable, change jobs.

Hanno preteso in anticipo 10 €. per "visitare" un ferro da stiro a cui andava sostituita soltanto la valvola vapore, hanno fatto un preventivo folle per la riparazione (più che comprarlo nuovo) e quando ho preteso di riaverlo guasto ho notato, e fatto notare a loro, che non era mai stato aperto!
PESSIMOOOO! They demanded € 10 in advance. to "visit" an iron where only the steam valve had to be replaced, they made a crazy estimate for the repair (rather than buying it new) and when I tried to get it back, I noticed, and pointed out to them, that it was not never been open!
