Sono il marito di Bettini e la risposta che avete fornito alla sua recensione é pessima tanto quanto quella che é stata data alla comunicazione del danno. Non é stata fatta ALCUNA OFFERTA per scontistiche o diagnosi nell'officina. Ci é stato unicamente comunicato di staccare e riattaccare la batteria ed eventualmente utilizzare la garanzia stipulata in fase di acquisto. Garanzia che per inciso é inutile considerando che si trova in Puglia e ci hanno richiesto di inviare tutto lo sterzo tramite corriere per l'analisi e solo dopo ,forse, ci avrebbero mandato una componente rigenerata e chissà con quale attesa.. ah ovviamente le spese di spedizione a nostro carico! In considerazione di quanto é successo e ci avete detto, non credo che si possa parlare di buona fede. Un tagliando pagato non serve a nulla in questo caso. Servirebbe una professionalità e una tutela per il cliente maggiore. Di certo non quella riscontrata da voi. Describe the experience I do not think that's enough. I am Bettini's husband and the answer you gave to his review is as bad as the one given to the communication of the damage. It has been made ANY OFFER for discounts or diagnosis in the workshop. We were only informed to disconnect and reattach the battery and possibly use the warranty stipulated at the time of purchase. Warranty which incidentally is useless considering it is located in Puglia and have asked us to send all the steering by courier for analysis and only then, perhaps, they would send a remanufactured component and who knows how waiting .. ah course expenses shipping at our expense! In consideration of what has happened and you have told us, I do not believe that we can speak of good faith. A coupon paid is of no use in this case. It would require professionalism and protection for the major customer. Certainly not that found by you.
