Personale sfruttato , che comincia a lavorare prima dell'inizio dell'orario lavoativo per paura di non fare la produzione giornaliera ! Pause caffè da 7 minuti e non di più ! Una vergogna ! N	Noemi Cugino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho lavorato per questa azienda per 3 mesi circa. All'inizio tutto ok, anche con la produzione (iniziavo addirittura prima per arrivare alla quota giornaliera). Successivamente ho avuto un incidente che mi ha tenuta un mese a casa fino alla quasi scadenza del contratto. Morale della favola? Non mi hanno più rinnovata perché “pensiamo sia la cosa giusta, magari non la migliore ma la cosa giusta”. Come produzione mi ero data da fare quindi l’unico motivo era stato sicuramente l’infortunio. Qui dentro sembrano esserci anche preferenze: alcune possono parlare tra di loro durante l’orario di lavoro (cosa vietata tra l’altro) o non fare la produzione senza subirne le conseguenze; guai se lo fa una persona con contratto determinato! Per non parlare delle ore di permesso che te le danno solo se puoi portare la giustifica altrimenti scordati di chiedere delle ore che ti spettano di diritto altrimenti sono assenze ingiustificate.... I worked for this company for about 3 months. At first everything was ok, even with the production (I even started earlier to get to the daily quota). Later I had an accident that kept me at home for a month until my contract nearly expired. Moral of the story? They didn't renew me because “we think it's the right thing, maybe not the best but the right thing”. As a production I had been busy so the only reason was certainly the injury. In here there also seem to be preferences: some may talk to each other during working hours (which is forbidden among other things) or not do production without suffering the consequences; woe betide a person with a specific contract! Not to mention the hours of leave that they give you only if you can bring the justification otherwise forget to ask for the hours that you are entitled to otherwise they are unjustified absences ....

In mutua per via del covid (10 giorni in isolamento), tra l'altro preso proprio in azienda da qualcuno (facevo lavoro-casa/casa-lavoro quindi mai andata in giro) e non mi hanno rinnovata. Ovviamente mica te lo dicono che è per quello ma ti dano qualche scusa: sono sempre stata più che puntuale (alle 07:30 ero già fuori ad aspettare iniziando alle 08:30), dopo pranzo all'una rientravo già (si iniziava alle 13:30), mai risposto male, sempre fatto quello che chiedevano, con la produzione giornaliera andavo bene (non raggiungevo la "quota" ma facevo più dell'80% a giudicare dal vostro prospetto a fine giornata). Il lavoro c'era altrimenti finito di assemblare i pezzi non me ne sarebbero più arrivati. Cosa vi costava farmi anche solo un altro mese? La malattia non era voluta!!!!!!! La vostra reputazione non è delle migliori sotto tanti aspetti e a quanto pare le voci sono vere. Grazie per l' opportunità che NON mi avete dato, cercherò un posto migliore che mi permetterà di crescere mio figlio. A star just because they don't put 0. Your reputation is not the best in many respects and apparently the rumors are true. Thank you for the opportunity you did NOT give me, I will look for a better place that will allow me to raise my child.
R	Romina Serio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho lavorato un mese alla presblock, purtroppo durante il mese di prova sono stata male e mi sono messa in mutua due giorni. Al momento del rinnovo del contratto non me l'hanno prolungato, motivazione? Poca produzione, quando la produzione la superavo eccome, questa cosa è stata fatta notare alla dirigente e lei ha risposto dicendo che avevo fatto mutua durante la prova. Peccato che c’è gente che fa mutua in continuazione e nn dicono nulla, ma c'è chi può e chi no a quanto pare. Il personale per niente serio, ti riprendevano per banalità e non guardavano se eri bravo e rispettoso, senza parlare dei disagi che ti mettevano le colleghe fisse, sparlandoti dietro tutto il giorno ma loro non venivano riprese.... Per quanto dovevi sopportare uscivi di lì con un nervoso dopo tutto il giorno...e oltretutto non mi è stata fatta fare la visita medica che di solito si fa subito I worked at presblock for a month, unfortunately during the trial month I was sick and I took out a health insurance for two days.
