Beautiful B&B. Very clean rooms, everything new, excellent breakfast and the lady who runs it is really kind and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Cozy place in the center of Orvieto, all renovated rooms, large bathroom, comfortable bed, the owner very kind and. available. Good breakfast, great wifi, necessary because inside the mobile line is not that great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice quiet B&B to stay in Orvieto. The place has a very nice location. It is about a 10 minutes walk from the top of the funicular and is close to the Duomo. The room was spacious with everything we needed. Our room opened out to a terrace where we could enjoy a nice afternoon wine. The breakfast was basic but adequate, pastry, cookies, yogart, cereal, juices but no meat or egg. The owner was very responsive though she spoke little English.
