Comoda la sala in comune con cucina dotata di ogni comfort. Gestori molto disponibili. In tre parole: accogliente, comodo e curato.
Located a stone's throw from the Duomo, in the heart of Orvieto. Totally immersive atmosphere in the place and quiet. Double room with a clean and functional modern style. There is a comfortable common room with a kitchen equipped with every comfort. Very helpful managers. In three words: welcoming, comfortable and well-finished.

Tienen cocina,comedor compartida.
Te dejan aparcar el coche allí mismo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima di tutto elogio l'accoglienza e la comunicazione con i gestori: puntuale attenta e alla mano! In secondo luogo la posizione della struttura: comodissima per il centro storico (in 3 minuti sei al Duomo).
Per quanto riguarda la camera e lo spazio comune tutto perfetto. Lo spazio comune è completamente a disposizione degli ospiti e ha una cucina attrezzata (le due camere si affacciano su di esso). Le camere sono molto accoglienti, hanno tutto il necessario per appoggiare le valige e hanno bagno privato. Tutto è rigorosamente arredato a tema industriale (molto bello per chi ama lo stile). Pulizie impeccabili. Consiglio per chi viaggia con gli amici di affittare le due camere insieme per poter godere della struttura a pieno! Grazie per l'ospitalità che ci avete riservato!
First of all, I praise the welcome and communication with the managers: punctual, attentive and easy-going! Secondly, the location of the structure: very convenient for the historic center (in 3 minutes you are at the Duomo).
As for the room and the common area, everything was perfect. The common area is completely available to guests and has an equipped kitchen (the two bedrooms overlook it). The rooms are very welcoming, have everything you need to put your bags down and have a private bathroom. Everything is rigorously furnished with an industrial theme (very nice for those who love style). Impeccable cleaning. I recommend for those traveling with friends to rent the two rooms together to fully enjoy the structure! Thanks for the hospitality you have given us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here just for one night, but it was so nice I wish we could've stayed more! I liked the style of the rooms and everything was really clean. Also the communal area was amazing and had everything you could possibly need. It's located in the historic center in a very beautiful area and the owner of the apartments was incredibly kind.
