O	Osmín Espino Espinoza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar muy romántico, aunque es bonito el lugar y la vista, hay que estar preparados porque está en un tercer nivel y no hay elevador, se deben subir las maletas cargadas por todas las gradas, desde ahí se ve el duomo de Orvieto. A very romantic place, although it is beautiful the place and the view, you have to be prepared because it is on a third level and there is no elevator, you must upload the suitcases loaded by all the stands, from there you can see the duomo of Orvieto.

Buona accoglienza ! Ne vale la pena andarci . Nice and central place. Fabulous terrace, just a panoramic terrace on the beautiful center of Orvieto! Small room and not very comfortable to reach. La cosa è un pro se la si vuole girare a piedi ed è un contro se si vuole arrivare al b&b in macchina nei suoi mille vicoli a senso unico, con divieti di accesso e zone ztl varie . B&b al secondo piano di un edificio storico, camere e bagno ben riscaldate (periodo invernale), wifi molto buono e insomma, ha tutto quel che occorre per un soggiorno nel paese. Consigliato! Located in the historic center of Orvieto. The thing is a pro if you want to walk around and it's a cons if you want to get to the b & b by car in its thousand one-way streets, with access bans and various ztl zones. B & b on the second floor of a historic building, well-heated rooms and bathroom (winter period), very good wifi and in short, has everything you need for a stay in the country. Recommended!

È una situazione ideale per chi vuole scordarsi lo stress della macchina. Zona tranquilla. La terrazza è graziosa e romantica. Ambiente spartano ma ben pulito. Gentili, disponibili e simpatiche le signore che ci hanno accolto. Consigliatissimo. The location of the house is excellent, 2 steps from a convenient parking (1 euro every 24 hours) and from the center. It is an ideal situation for those who want to forget the stress of the car. Quiet area. The terrace is pretty and romantic. Spartan but clean environment. The ladies who welcomed us were kind, helpful and nice. Highly recommended.

Propietario molto disponibile a fornire consigli utili per visite e degustazioni culinarie nella zona. Super consigliato. Location in an excellent position and really comfortable and clean living room, with the gem of the terrace that allows a breathtaking view. Owner very willing to provide useful advice for visits and culinary tastings in the area. Super recommended.

Camera pulita senza climatizzazione ma con ventola a soffitto ampiamente sufficiente per la gestione del clima. La Terrazza sui tetti su cui ho fatto una minicolazione vale il prezzo del biglietto. Il neo fino ad oea riscontrato: il bagno che ancorché privato non è consedente con la camera. Daniele: imbonitore corretto e discreto (visto 4 minuti). Dimenticavo di segnalare la disponibilità ampia di cucina attrezzata (anche sulla terrazza) sicuro valore aggiunto. Un caro saluto. P.S. pronto ad aggiornare qualora ce ne fosse necessità! I am still a guest after a night spent here and in a proper and well styled way. Clean room without air conditioning but with ceiling fan amply sufficient for climate management. The rooftop terrace on which I had a mini breakfast is worth the price of the ticket. The drawback up to now found: the bathroom which, although private, is not consedent with the room. Daniele: correct and discreet barker (seen 4 minutes). I forgot to point out the wide availability of equipped kitchen (also on the terrace) sure added value. A warm greeting. C	Chelsea Bainbridge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful little apartment and the perfect rooftop terrace with a view of the Duomo and clocktower. Every amenity you need is included, plus it's just a 2 minute walk to Piazza del Popolo where the biweekly market is held.
