An enchanted place in the silence of the olive trees .. magnificent view over the valley and well-kept structure, swimming pool among the fields in bloom and olive trees .. very kind managers .. excellent!

Vendono un olio eccezionale. Highly recommended. Surrounded by greenery and nature. Beautiful swimming pool and top breakfast. Friendly, friendly and extremely helpful owner. Consiglio vivamente La Perticara a chi volesse staccare la spina dalla città. Adattissimo a famiglie con bambini. Farm I frequent for years, exquisite and willing to accommodate any need. The location is beautiful, clean and well kept. I highly recommend La Perticara to anyone wishing to switch off from the city. Very suitable for families with children.

Romano è un ospite straordinario. We have been coming here for 5 years now. Very well kept structure: rooms always tidy, spacious and welcoming common areas, well-kept garden, clean swimming pool. Romano is an extraordinary host.

Il posto è semplicemente fantastico con annesse le "coccole " di Romano che allietano e fanno la differenza sul soggiorno. Ritornerò sicuramente perché quando si lavora con il cuore,un pezzetto del tuo,inevitabilmente rimane lì. Bravissima Chiara con le sue super torte e marmellate genuine. Posto assolutamente consigliato e grazie per avermi fatto sentire speciale!! I stayed at the Agriturismo la Perticara about a month ago and was greeted by a setting waiting to be discovered. The place is simply fantastic with the "cuddles" of Romano that cheer and make the difference on the stay. I will definitely return because when you work with your heart, a little piece of yours inevitably stays there. Talented Chiara with her super cakes and genuine jams. Absolutely recommended place and thanks for making me feel special !!

Romano capace di accogliere e soprattutto consigliare con gentilezza, simpatia e professionalità. Ottimi i consigli per visitare i dintorni: Acquasparta, Amelia, Narni, marmore. Piscina davvero piacevole e ben tenuta. Davvero un piacevolissimo soggiorno: da tornarci Perfect weekend with the two children. The place is magnificent surrounded by nature. The rooms are spartan but furnished with taste and style. And still very comfortable. Romano capable of welcoming and above all advising with kindness, friendliness and professionalism. Excellent advice for visiting the surroundings: Acquasparta, Amelia, Narni, marmore. Really nice and well maintained pool. Really a very pleasant stay: to go back

Immerso nel verde più assoluto, in una valle splendida dove fin dalle prime ore del giorno, si sente il campanile della chiesa suonare e il gallo cantare in lontananza. Ci ha accolto la professionalità, cordialità e gentilezza Romano, gestore top dell'agriturismo, sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi problema o soluzione. Colazione abbondante e assolutamente in tema con la location, la bravissima e giovane Chiara, prepara ogni giorno deliziose torte a base di prodotti locali genuini. Tutto bene, considerando pure la presenza della nostra amatissima cucciolotta, che si è divertita tantissimo correndo a più non posso lungo i prati della tenuta. Grazie per la splendida, seppur breve vacanza, consigliatissima! What a nice surprise! We were guests for 4 days in this splendid cottage refurbished by the owners, with criteria and attention to eco-sustainability. Immersed in the most absolute greenery, in a splendid valley where from the early hours of the day, you can hear the bell tower of the church ringing and the rooster crowing in the distance. We were welcomed by the professionalism, cordiality and kindness Romano, top manager of the farm, always available for any problem or solution. Abundant breakfast and absolutely in theme with the location, the talented and young Chiara prepares delicious cakes every day based on genuine local products. All is well, considering also the presence of our beloved puppy, who had a lot of fun running as hard as I can along the meadows of the estate. Thanks for the wonderful, albeit short break, highly recommended!
