D	Daniele D'Angelo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace...ma il fatto che il proprietario e la moglie siamo persone molto gentili....il posto ha un panorama unico...tutto questo non cambia che il posto è sperduto nei monti e non comodo da raggiungere....più i servizi descritti molti non sono in loco e altri non ci sono...e più nel mese di marzo le stanze sono fredde e riscaldate male...la stanza da pranzo altrettanto fredda.... anzi molto fredda...per chi ama il freddo e la solitudine posto adatto...da parte mia esperienza molto negativa... I'm sorry ... but the fact that the owner and his wife are very kind people .... the place has a unique view ... all this does not change that the place is lost in the mountains and not easy to reach ... .the more the services described, many are not on site and others are not there ... and more in the month of March the rooms are cold and badly heated ... the dining room just as cold .... indeed very cold ... for those who love cold and solitude suitable place ... from my part very negative experience ...

Ebbene, dopo aver fatto una giornata di viaggio in moto, fatto 10 km su strada al limite della praticabilità con un freddo cane sono arrivato all'ingresso della struttura, chiamato il gestore mi viene detto che la mia camera non era stata bloccata! Semplicemente VERGOGNOSO. Non posso valutare la struttura, ma posso valutare l''atteggiamento e il comportamento del gestore che inoltre si è completamente disinteressato anche della ricerca di una possibile soluzione al problema che mi ha creato. DA EVITARE! La poca serietà regna sovrana. I booked this farm for Easter evening by calling the manager a week in advance. Well, after a day of traveling by motorbike, done 10 km on the road to the limit of practicability with a cold dog I arrived at the entrance of the structure, called the manager I am told that my room had not been blocked! Simply shameful. I cannot evaluate the structure, but I can evaluate the attitude and behavior of the manager who also completely disinterested himself in the search for a possible solution to the problem that created me. TO AVOID! The lack of seriousness reigns supreme.

D	Dante on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The location is perfect if you like being immersed in the Umbrian mountains with extensive views of country style agglomeration of rustic buildings, century-old observations towers, abandoned or rarely used rural houses, and the occasional sound of cow bells and the barking guard dogs protecting sheep and other farm animals.. Negative: Roads to and from are challenging, partly unsealed, poorly signposted and difficult from unfamiliar users, particularly due to their narrowness and the impatient locals that take every opportunity to get very (too) close and are eager to overtake despite the blind corners and all other hazards. We arrived late at night, it was raining, we were disoriented and there was no sign that indicated we had reached our destination. A large sign with the name on it would have helped..
B	Booking.com user on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Hosts were friendly, nature around was wild and beautiful. Our room had wonderful terrace to the view.. Negative: Location was further than we expected and road was not easy to to drive, a countryroad.

Cooked us the most delicious dinner with most ingredients travelling zero kilometres from the farm to our plate. If you are in the area & need a bed this is the place to stay..
