Excellent reception and clean, very comfortable and functional apartments. It is located a short walk from the historic center of Polignano a Mare.

Sono disponibili diversi appartamenti nello stesso edificio, tutti indipendenti tra loro, dotati di ogni comfort necessario. Arredamento semplice e moderno. Aria condizionata e riscaldamento. Appartamenti spaziosi. Personale gentile e disponibile. Si trova nel punto perfetto anche per ristoranti, bar e gelaterie! Il parcheggio gratuito si può trovare nelle strade vicine. Rapporto qualità prezzo in bassa stagione ottimo! Consigliato! Great apartment to spend the holidays! A few steps from the center and from the square dedicated to Domenico Modugno. S	Simona Dominici on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo appena rientrati dopo un soggiorno di 10gg. in questa struttura. L'appartamento è tenuto molto bene, pulito,spazioso e munito di tutti i comfort. La posizione è ottima perché è a circa 100 metri dal centro nevralgico di Polignano e il personale che lo affitta di una gentilezza e di un'accoglienza unica. Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio auto noi l'abbiamo sempre lasciata in zona stazione che era a circa 50 metri dell'appartamento. We have just returned after a stay of 10 days. in this structure. The apartment is very well kept, clean, spacious and equipped with all comforts. The location is excellent because it is about 100 meters from the nerve center of Polignano and the staff that rents it with kindness and a unique welcome. As for the car park, we have always left it in the station area which was about 50 meters from the apartment.

Intanto avvisare che l'aria condizionata è rotta perché dopo un viaggio di sette ore e mezzo la notte insonne è micidiale, almeno arieggiare appartamento a parte mettere due ventilatori spenti... Aperta la porta il Sahara in confronto era il circolo polare artico... Poi accoglienza pessima saldo immediato a mezzanotte e mezzo dopo averci sgridato per orario (concordato all'atto della prenotazione che saremmo arrivate non prima delle 23-23.30) e continue giustificazioni anche il mattino successivo perché non andava l'aria... Irritante il non è colpa nostra... Per fortuna abbiamo trovato un'altra sistemazione per il giorno dopo e siamo fuggite... Rimborso per le notti non godute certo ma hanno anche preteso tre euro di resto... PESSIMO!!!! I would say bad impact to get to Polignano ... They just don't know how to welcome us ... Il condizionatore, riparato subito prima del nostro check-in, rinfresca perfettamente ed in ogni stanza grazie ai numerosi bocchettoni. Da tornare sicuramente! Perfect welcome! Very kind owners, perfect apartments, excellent value for money. The air conditioner, repaired immediately before our check-in, cools perfectly and in every room thanks to the numerous outlets.
