 Unpleasant and unprofessional staff, I do not recommend going to the bathroom if you do not want to transmit some disease. I ate a cup of ice cream, bland.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per essere trattati a dovere dal personale è consigliato frequentarlo nei giorni dispari, noi siamo capitati 1 giorno pari lamentando 1 pasticciotto vecchio e anziché recuperare 1 cliente per l'errore hanno avuto da ridire tutto il tempo. Volevo ricordarvi che anche se fosse il top dei paticciotti pur di non perdere il cliente si chiede scusa e si va oltre. Cmq nulla da dire sul resto dei prodotti gelato caffè ecc
To be treated properly by the staff it is recommended to attend it on odd days, we came across 1 even day complaining about 1 old pasticciotto and instead of recovering 1 customer for the mistake they had to complain all the time. I wanted to remind you that even if it were the top of the paticciotti, in order not to lose the customer, we apologize and go further. Anyway, nothing to say about the rest of the ice cream coffee products etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È d'obbligo scrivere un commento sull'esperienza allucinante di oggi. Subito dopo aver preso un caffè mi dirigo verso il bagno ,entro e dopo due passi esco perché il pavimento era bagnato. La barista se così sì dovrebbe chiamare mi aggredisce verbalmente. Io chiedo scusa ma lei nonostante le mie scuse continua ad aggredirmi verbalmente gridando attirando l'attenzione dei clienti. Secondo la barista banconista non so come chiamarla.. La porta appoggiata ad uno sgabello significherebbe pavimento bagnato. Da che mondo e mondo x far capire che il pavimento è bagnato ho sempre trovato un cartello. Io spero che la ragazza non è la proprietaria altrimenti siamo messi veramente male

The gelateria is newly renovated, the interior looks awesome and although the staff doesn’t speak any English (they are so kind and give you warm Italian vibes anyway), by speaking in 2 different languages, we managed to order 2 absolutely delicious pastries and iced coffees.
Can’t wait to go back next time we visit Polignano a Mare ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Irvi’s this morning and had a lovely experience here. The cafe is a lovely space to spend some time and I was most delighted that they had oat milk for my coffee which has proved difficult to find in Italy.
