★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasta molto delusa. Ho portato un giaccone a lavare a secco, questa mattina hanno restituito il capo con i bottoni staccati e messi in un sacchetto a parte. Non mi avevano mai avvertito di questo e nemmeno domandato come procedere, ad esempio se volessi avere i bottoni cuciti nuovamente (anche con un piccolo sovrapprezzo). Di solito come consegno un capo così penso di riceverlo indietro. Sono furiosa, anche perché dovrò perdere del tempo a cucire! Non ci tornerò
I was very disappointed. I brought a coat to dry clean, this morning they returned the garment with the buttons detached and placed in a separate bag. They had never warned me about this or even asked how to proceed, for example if I wanted to have the buttons sewn again (even with a small surcharge). Usually how I deliver a garment so I think I get it back. I am furious, also because I will have to waste time sewing! I will not go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bravi e competenti davvero, gentili, parecchio cari, ma soprattutto SENZA BANCOMAT (esiste solo per importi superiori ai 30 euro, quindi totalmente inutilizzabile se non si paga assieme almeno 4/5 capi)!! :-/ personalmente pago quasi esclusivamente con carta e dover andare a prelevare contanti apposta per pagare 20€, mi ha scocciato non poco. Peccato.
Really good and competent, kind, quite expensive, but above all WITHOUT ATM (it exists only for amounts over 30 euros, therefore totally unusable if you do not pay at least 4/5 items together) !! : - / personally I pay almost exclusively by card and having to go and withdraw cash on purpose to pay 20 €, bothered me a lot. Sin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai più! Una scortesia mai vista! Sono anni che mi appoggio a loro per giacconi, piumoni, tappeti, vestiti e potrei continuare l'elenco. Ho spesso visto episodi di IRRASCIBILITà da parte del signore ma non mi era mai successo di persona!
Il bigliettino per il ritiro non mi era stato consegnato quando ho portato il maglioncino da pulire. Oggi vado a ritirare con il messaggio arrivatomi ieri (con il codice per il ritiro!!!) e mi sono sentita URLARE CONTRO infierendo anche sulla mia persona! MAI PIù!! Non ha saputo gestire la situazione, poteva scusarsi dell'errore del suo collaboratore, invece no, per lui hanno solo ragione loro per partito preso. Scortesi e maleducati!

The pickup slip was not given to me when I brought the sweater to clean. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non porto molto a lavare in pulitura a parte giacconi che io non mi fido a fare perche con lana o tessuti particolari,però mi sono sempre trovata bene e sinceramente sono sempre stati gentili. Ho riscontrato solo una non buonissima riuscita nell'abito da sposa che dopo il lavaggio presentava tutti gli svarowsky rovinati(tutto il giro corpetto pieno e anche nella gonna,ma ahimè...nell'armadio resta quindi pazienza.)Nel complesso bene...caretti,ma bene
I do not take much to wash in cleaning apart from jackets that I do not trust to do because with wool or special fabrics, but I have always felt good and honestly they have always been kind. I found only one not very good result in the wedding dress that after washing had all the ruined svarowsky (all the full bodice and also in the skirt, but alas ... in the wardrobe therefore remains patience.) Overall good .. .caretti, but fine
