Quando si è presentata un'emergenza (uno dei cani si è svegliato con un occhio terribilmente gonfio ed irritato) il veterinario è stato disponibile e gentilissimo, mi ha dato appuntamento qualche minuto dopo la mia chiamata ed ha visitato subito il cane. Gentile e professionale, bravissimo. I am taking care of a friend's four dogs and I knew absolutely nothing about their situation. When an emergency arose (one of the dogs woke up with a terribly swollen and irritated eye) the vet was helpful and very kind, he gave me an appointment a few minutes after my call and immediately visited the dog. Kind and professional, very good.

Oggi ci siamo Recati in questo studio perché il gatto continuava a stare male e ci hanno mandati via dicendo che dovevamo riportarlo nello studio della visita di domenica perché deontologicamente non corretto. Noi siamo di Remanzacco e ci mandano via dallo studio dello stesso paese per rivolgerci ad uno molto distante in cui eravamo stati per necessità e non per scelta. Morale , il gatto non è stato visitato nonostante stesse male, non siamo riusciti ad andare in altro studio perché ormai tardi. Se il mio micio per questa cosa muore partirà una denuncia,poi vedremo cosa significa deontologia professionale. Our cat was sick on Sunday and we turned to the available.
