My Chicco Baby Bath arrived in good condition across the border. US customs were kind enough to speed things up for me. The shop made sure that the courier would not mishandle the box. Overall the process was smooth and the interaction efficient and painless, which is what I was looking for. Who has time these days to go through long discussions with dishonest sellers?

SCAMMERS! beware. very calculated and deceitful company. ordered online, item was in stock. soon got claiming they were waiting for manufacture to send the goods to them. items received, WRONG ITEM!. dozens of emails sent to them, NO RESPONSE FOR MONTHS. opened a PayPal dispute and they finally responded offering full refund and request goods back. SO - now have paid £90 in import taxes and now having to cover the cost of returning the items too. - they also promised a reimbursement for the import taxes paid WHICH WAS NOT PAID TO ME. Such a shame that they are SCAMMING customers who are buying ITEMS FOR BABIES AND CHILDREN! absolutely disgusting.

Hello. Made an order 4 days ago on your website with a delivery to the USA, but it’s not even shipped, the customer service doesn’t answer, please, contact me or you are cheaters? Order #20564 Update of the order (November, 4) My order is not still sent. I write them messages, only twice they responded that “the order is going to be sent next week”. 1 month has passed since they write this messages. I asked for money return and they stopped answering at all. The fact is that I am on vacation now and I needed the stroller for my baby for that purpose, in 2 weeks I am leaving and of course will not need it. Thank you, guys for your “service”. I already said goodbye to my 300$. Unfortunately the payment was made by debit card, not by PayPal and I am not sure I will make a return. You do not deserve even a star, guys. Update of the order (November 10) Received the order 5 days ago, didn’t unpack it yet because I already don’t need it. Change the mark for 2-stroller OK, customer service-awful. P.S.: change the information on your web site, it states that “We will deliver all stocked items to any country outside the EU within 7-10 working days”

I placed an order on 16/11/21 and sent an email to request a change of colour. No response so far. I have only ordered from them because they state on their website that "We will deliver all stocked items to any country outside the EU within 7-10 working days.". Well, it has been 7 days since order was placed (5 working days) and the item hasn't even been dispatched yet. I am flying out in a week time and wanted to cancel if it there was no guarantee that I don't receive the item within 10 days since it was ordered. Have sent them another email through their website yesterday, which has no response again, have called them and the phone is switched off. It is really frustrating and I feel scammed by this people. If you see my comment, please contact me on my phone or the email. The order number is 20830.

I placed an order on Nov 13th, and it was supposed to be delivered to the U.S. within 10 days as they have clearly mentioned on the website. I sent them several messages but there's no reply yet. They haven't checked my messages yet. It has been more than 6 weeks now. They don't receive my calls either. Order number was 20819. I will have to sue them because they approved my payment (got deducted already from my debit card) but they are not sending me the product. (Update: 4 weeks later from the first comment) I am editing this review since many reviewers read my comment. I got my product a month after I wrote the first comment up there. In total, it took me more than 10 weeks to get the product. But the main problem is that I wasn't noticed or told anything about the delay. I even thought that this was a scamming website. They sent it to me, but still it came too late, and we've already bought another stroller, and in order to return this, I had to pay for the returning shipping fee so basically this product was non-refundable. Too many problems with this place. Don't buy from here.

Welcomemrbaby is PHENOMENAL! It was extremely easy to find exactly what I was looking for and order it. The delivery was on time and the stroller was as described on the site. Through whatsapp they always reassured me during the after-sales service. They even included a gift for our little one. I highly recommend you try them !!

NEVER AND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THIS STORE IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND NERVES. Unfortunately, I saw reviews on Google for this store very late. Since there are no "naturally" reviews on the site of the store itself. I ordered a stroller from these scammers. It was available on the site. I wrote them a letter in advance, received an answer that the stroller would be delivered in less than a week. For this reason, I boldly paid. After 2 weeks, I had bought vacation tickets, so after the answer from the support service, I was calm. But after payment, all this horror began. It is impossible to reach the support service. As a result, they answered me that they were waiting for the stroller from the factory and would send it at 9.5 in the morning. I asked not to wait from the factory and send what is in the store. But in the end, silence. No matter how many times I wrote to them, I never received any replies. Just like the stroller I bought, I also did not receive it. I wasted my time waiting. And I had to run to all the stores to urgently look for a new stroller. THIS IS A SCAM, NEVER DEAL WITH THEM. Everywhere I will advertise this store. My friends live in Italy, they are also already aware of this situation. This store is a disgrace to Italy.
