Lo scorso settembre abbiamo acquistato il trio per il nostro bimbo e solo quando abbiamo avuto la necessità di utilizzare il passeggino ci siamo resi conto che non era stata inserita la cappottina parasole. Abbiamo fatto presente l'accaduto al personale del punto vendita che ha preso in carico la nostra esigenza nonostante fossero passati diversi mesi dall'acquisto. Risultato: a distanza di pochi giorni siamo riusciti ad avere la nostra cappottina! Un grazie particolare a Laura e a tutte le sue colleghe! Ho fatto delle ricerche in internet e leggendo varie bellissime recensioni dei clienti li ho chiamati subito al telefono (la sede di Frosinone ) e dopo mi sono fidata di loro. Gentilezza, disponibilità e grande professionalità! Era venerdì e stato spedito lo stesso giorno e arrivato intatto il lunedì! Suuuper veloci! Seggiolino è sicuro e molto elegante, spazioso, regolabile sia poggiatesta, che spalle e addirittura 3 regolazioni della profondità della seduta! I did some research on the internet and reading various wonderful customer reviews I immediately called them on the phone (the Frosinone office) and then I trusted them. Kindness, availability and great professionalism! It was Friday and was shipped the same day and arrived intact on Monday! Suuuper fast! Seat is safe and very elegant, spacious, adjustable both headrest and shoulders and even 3 seat depth adjustments! There is also a nice and useful thing: drink holder that can be mounted both on the right and on the left. Un negozio immenso, di tre piani dove è impossibile uscire da lì senza aver trovato quello che si desidera! Il personale è stato gentilissimo, accogliente ma soprattutto preparatissimo e pronto a consigliare e a stare a disposizione tutto il tempo necessario senza pensare solamente a vendere il prodotto.. tornati giù con i prodotti scelti ci ha accolto la signora Antonella che è strepitosa, una forza della natura,.tra lei e mia mamma è nata una grande simpatia già dal primo sguardo all'entrata del negozio.. la.signkra Antonella è una grandissima padrona di casa!
