Rientrati in Svizzera abbiamo immediatamente ordinato online alcune varietà di birra di questa azienda empolese di nicchia che si distingue per l’attenzione agli aromi, per i colori, per l’ottima fermentazione, per la persistenza della schiuma e per l’incredibile equilibrio. Complimenti! We discovered La Mi Birra by chance in the restaurant of a well-known chef in Bibbona who had highly recommended La Mi Bionda as an accompaniment to one of his land dishes. After returning to Switzerland, we immediately ordered online some varieties of beer from this niche company from Empoli, which stands out for its attention to the aromas, the colors, the excellent fermentation, the persistence of the foam and the incredible balance.
