★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Birra buona, assaggiata ad una evento a Prato. Volevo prenderne 1 cassa ma in 3 giorni non ho mai trovato nessuno al birrificio. Pietra sopra. Consiglio che posso darvi è di chiamare prima in azienda e chiedere se cè qualcuno,altrimenti fate il viaggio a vuoto.
Good beer, tasted at an event in Prato. I wanted to get 1 case but in 3 days I never found anyone at the brewery. Stone above. The advice I can give you is to call the company first and ask if there is someone else, otherwise make the journey empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pomeriggio passato in compagnia di amici presso il birrificio Badalá. 4 spine attive (di cui una a pompa) più una selezione di bottiglie e lattine. Abbiamo provato 5 diverse birre (W.IPA, Cioni Mario, Fuma.A, Gea.A e Kasta.A) e le abbiamo trovate tutte di facile bevuta e molto equilibrate. Il posto aperto dalle 16 alle 20 è attrezzato con tavolini all'aperto dove poter gustare in sicurezza le birre e volendo fare merenda (la puoi portare da casa oppure fartela recapitare con un servizio delivery). Abbiamo avuto anche la fortuna di poter fare due chiacchiere con il proprietario che ci ha raccontato la storia del birrificio. Un posto dove vogliamo sicuramente tornare!
Afternoon spent in the company of friends at the Badalá brewery. 4 active plugs (one of which with pump) plus a selection of bottles and cans. We tried 5 different beers (W.IPA, Cioni Mario, Fuma.A, Gea.A and Kasta.A) and we found them all easy to drink and very balanced. The place open from 16 to 20 is equipped with outdoor tables where you can safely enjoy the beers and want to have a snack (you can bring it from home or have it delivered to you with a delivery service). We were also lucky enough to have a chat with the owner who told us the story of the brewery. A place where we definitely want to return!
