Oltre all'acquisto di prodotti a base di latte di bufala è possibile fare colazione. Vengono serviti pane casereccio con ricotta di bufala, marmellate o miele grossetane e capuccio con latte di bufala. Inutile dire che è tutto molto buono. Ho preso soltanto 3 mozzarelle e cacio cavallo di bufala per assaggiare. Ma dopo assaggiate me ne sò pentito subito. Veramente Buonissimi sicuramente ci ritornerò. Ho avuto modo di assaggiare la mozzarella e devo dire che siamo molto vicino ai livelli della produzione campana. Producono anche altri prodotti con latte di bufala: formaggio, yogurt, ricotta, stracchino, robiola, stracciatella ecc.. Li ho assaggiati tutti e quello che più mi delizia il palato é senza dubbio la mozzarella. Per quanto riguarda gli altri prodotti andrebbero migliorati!!! Il personale non é sempre gentile. Molte volte ho dovuto attendere il mio turno fuori, sotto il sole cocente. E lì, in campagna aperta il sole pigia tanto!!! Specialmente d'estate dovrebbero attrezzarsi con ampi gazebi per ombreggiare tali spazi. In questo modo la clientela attenderebbe il proprio turno con più serenità senza rischiare un'insolazione. I prodotti che si possono acquistare sono molti simili a quelli dell'eccellenza campana. I prodotti sono di qualità, ma l'eccellenza è la mozzarella perché le altre cose non hanno gli stessi standard. Tutte le commesse con i capelli biondi sono molto gentili tranne una signora alta con i capelli lunghi e scuri perché si distrae facilmente mollando il cliente nel bel mezzo della spesa! Andare a fare acquisti al caseificio fa anche bene ai polmoni perché potete sentire un naturale odore stercale, infatti a pochi metri ci sono le stalle dove vengono allevate le bufale.
