★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant surroundings away from the holiday bussle yet only 20 minutes from the beach. Rooms are comfortable with an ample balcony and ours a pleasant view. We didn't use the facilities; pool , restuarant etc. The evening entertainment advertised was not worth attending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t get me wrong, I am not a angry customer venting in a google review. I just feel disappointed. The hotel is quite old but thats not even the problem I find the old fashioned decoration rather charming. The main problem is the food, for the asking price it just does not deliver. It is cantina mass produced, uninspired food. They squirted balsamic vinegar on the rim on multiple dishes for no apparent reason. The beef filet was over cooked to hell and back. Desert was overly sweet and covered in industrial chocolate gooey stuff. I feel sorry for the waiters that have to serve such bad food, because they where actually really nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the price we paid, the Fattoria was a disappointment.
Upon arrival at 5 PM, we had to wait for 2 hours for our rooms to be ready. We were left alone without any information from the hotel staff. With exception of the cleaning lady, I was expecting a more welcoming attitude from the staff.
Overall, nothing makes me believe that the Fattoria deserves a 4* rating. Rooms okay, but the bathroom featured a cheap shower and the WiFi in the room was just painfully slow. The breakfast was also okay, but lacks the variety and quality to make it enjoyable. The bar is hit-or-miss. Sometimes we got our drinks in plastic cups, sometimes in glasses, sometimes the bartender was nice, sometimes he didn't even appear to notice us. The location is good and ideal for exploring the beaches around Toscany.
Overall, the Fattoria has potential, but the attention to detail is unfortunately not up with a 4* hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive : personal very helpful and welcoming. Pool is rather clean and lots of activities within the hotel.
Negative : sadly from a standards perspective very far way from a 4 Stars hotel. Food at the restaurant is served a very high space so that everything is done within half an hour, food is not fresh cooked rather heated up, same for the dessert that came half frozen. Rooms are old, shower was not 100% clean and the old shampoo bottles from the previous clients were still here. Some switches fall off the wall.
193€ for one night including food.... Very expensive for the overall quality.
