C	Chicco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un'esperienza sensoriale unica. Gnocchi maremmani sublimi. Un velluto per il palato e, con il ragù di carne, insaporiti alla perfezione. Ottima anche la carbonara. Bistecca nella costa (definita Maremmana) frollata alla perfezione: mai mangiata una bistecca così morbida (e siamo di Firenze...). Patatine fritte croccanti e asciutte. Il gestore, un vero personaggio, gentile e preparato ci ha fatto sentire veramente a casa. Coccolati. Ci ha offerto degli insaccati di sua produzione: salciccie di maiale e mortadella. Risultato? Abbiamo comprato le salcicce per casa! In futuro, troveremo il modo di tornare a Manciano solo per L'imperiale. Prezzi giustissimi. Mi raccomando: continuate così! PS I cantucci buoni ma niente a che vedere con quelli di Prato ;) A unique sensory experience. Sublime Maremma gnocchi. A velvet for the palate and, with the meat sauce, flavored to perfection. Carbonara is also excellent. Steak in the coast (called Maremmana) matured to perfection: never eaten such a soft steak (and we are from Florence ...). Crisp, dry fries. The manager, a true character, kind and knowledgeable, made us feel truly at home. Pamper yourself. He offered us some sausages of his own production: pork sausages and mortadella. Result? We bought sausages for the house! In the future, we will find a way to return to Manciano only for the Imperiale. Very fair prices. I recommend: keep it up! PS The good cantucci but nothing to do with those of Prato;)

Come antipasto di stato regalato la pappa al pomodoro ?.Alla fine del pasto anche un regalino che vedrete adesso, una bustina con 2 piccole salamelle di cinghiale. Primo piatto pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale €7 secondo piatto fegato con cipolla caramellata €7 birra ? €3.5 totale €17.50. At this moment I left the restaurant and was very happy with everything. E	Enrico Luzzitelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tappa obbligata se siete nella parte bassa della maremma toscana: la Ristomacelleria L'Imperiale si trova a Manciano (Gr) grazioso borgo in collina coi venti che portano l'aria del vicino mare e la macchia mediterranea a due passi. Il posto nasce come macelleria, tradizione tipica locale (i butteri nascono qui), ma poi si evolve per servire ai clienti cibi genuini cotti e cucinati sul momento. La specialità della casa sono ovviamente tutte le carni (ovine, suine, bovine, conigli e cinghiale) ma abbiamo mangiato anche delle ottime paste, dei buonissimi contorni e dei gradevoli dolci tipici locali (cantucci e vinsanto ad esempio). Io personalmente è la quarta volta che ci torno e oggi ci ho portato tutta la famiglia da Viterbo dove abitiamo. Da segnalare la particolare cordialità del proprietario e dei simpatici ragazzi che servono con velocità e con cortesia. Sperando che la prossima volta non sia troppo lontana, saluto con affetto i titolari. A must if you are in the lower part of the Tuscan Maremma: the Ristomacelleria L'Imperiale is located in Manciano (Gr), a charming village in the hills with winds that bring the air of the nearby sea and the Mediterranean scrub close by. The place was born as a butcher, a typical local tradition (the butteri are born here), but then evolves to serve customers genuine food cooked and cooked on the spot. The house specialty is obviously all meats (sheep, pork, beef, rabbits and wild boar) but we also ate excellent pasta, delicious side dishes and pleasant local sweets (cantucci and vinsanto for example). Personally, it is the fourth time that I go back and today I took the whole family from Viterbo where we live. To report the particular friendliness of the owner and the nice guys who serve with speed and courtesy. Hoping that the next time is not too far away, I greet the owners with affection.

S	Sandy Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popped in for lunch and had a great experience. One for meat lovers, the quality is outstanding for the price (as you might expect as the place is also a butcher). The waitress overheard I was keen on fennel salami and gave me one for the road on the way out. This was a nice touch and demonstrated the confidence (rightly) the owners have in the place. Our group would recommend the spiedini misti with grilled tomatoes or the lamb. Waiting time was a little above average but that reflected the fact that food was cooked fresh and there were a lot of customers.
