★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il locale è una vera grotticella, dove gli spazi sono sfruttati al meglio. Molto accogliente e tipico in cui il personale è professionale e disponibile. La pizza è SQUISITA, ben realizzata e con ingredienti di qualità. Ritrovabili anche negli antipasti e buona selezione di vini.
The restaurant is a real cave, where the spaces are exploited to the fullest. Very welcoming and typical where the staff are professional and helpful. The pizza is EXQUISITE, well made and with quality ingredients. Also found in the appetizers and good selection of wines.

Wprawdzie możesz zamówić przekąskę, ale niewątpliwie specjalnością są pizze.
Wybór przeogromny, ceny umiarkowane. Jakość: zarówno cieniutkiego, chrupiącego ciasta (brzegi mogą się lekko zwęglić w opalanym drewnem piecu) jak I wszystkich składników - rewelacyjna.
Do pizzy możesz zamówić piwo, lub jeśli wolisz, wino.
Uwaga: trzeba zarezerwować stolik, bo pizzeria cieszy się dużym powodzeniem. A jeśli nie będziesz wśród pierwszych gości - musisz liczyć się z dłuższym oczekiwaniem. Ale pizza naprawdę zacna!

You can order a snack, but pizzas are the specialty.
Huge choice, moderate prices. Quality: both the thin, crunchy dough (the edges may slightly char in the wood-fired oven) and of all ingredients - amazing.
You can order beer or wine with your pizza.
Note: you have to reserve a table as the pizzeria is very popular. And if you are not among the first guests - you have to expect a longer wait. But the pizza is really nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale nel centro medioevale di Vitorchiano. Struttura su più livelli che va in profondità sfruttando l'escavazione del suolo fino ad una profondità di circa 30 metri dal piano stradale. Personale gentile e servizio veloce, pizza ottima, ben farcita e leggerissima a prezzi praticamente stracciati (6 coperti, 7 pizze, 1 dolce, 2 litri di birra, 1 litro d'acqua, 6 caffè per 90€). Assolutamente da provare. Consigliatissimo.
Local in the medieval center of Vitorchiano. Structure on several levels that goes in depth by exploiting the excavation of the soil up to a depth of about 30 meters from the road level. Friendly staff and fast service, excellent pizza, well filled and very light at practically bargain prices (6 place settings, 7 pizzas, 1 dessert, 2 liters of beer, 1 liter of water, 6 coffees for 90 €). Absolutely to try. Highly recommended.
