Il servizio, al momento all'aperto, è sotto una quercia molto grande, da cui il locale prende il nome. La località è Santarello.
I cibi sono tutti di qualità e cucinati sul posto, con porzioni molto abbondanti. Eccellente la grigliata mista abbinata alle patate al forno condite con finocchietto e olio extravergine locale.
Il risotto con Speck pistacchio e pachino merita cinque stelle, altrettanto deliziosi i lombrichelli a porchetta.
Ottimo e super abbondante l'antipasto matto.
La selezione di dolci è superba.
I vini del posto oppure a la carte.
Consiglio vivamente.
Noi torneremo, senza dubbio!
Welcoming and polite staff.
The service, currently outdoors, is under a very large oak tree, from which the place takes its name. The locality is Santarello.
The foods are all quality and cooked on the spot, with very generous portions. The mixed grill paired with baked potatoes seasoned with fennel and local extra virgin olive oil is excellent.
The risotto with speck, pistachio and cherry tomatoes deserves five stars, just as delicious are the lombrichelli a porchetta.
The crazy appetizer is excellent and super abundant.
The selection of desserts is superb.
Local wines or a la carte.
I highly recommend.
We will be back, no doubt!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho aspettato all incirca 4 anni prima di fare una recensione, attratto dal nome e dall ' idea della quercia matta andai con un amico a mangiare, i primi che prendemmo ( io scelsi un risotto, il mio amico degli spaghetti) erano entrambi salatissimi.
All inizio non dicemmo nulla poi quando notammo che anche altre persone si lamentarono lo facemmo notare. Inizialmente non fummo creduti poi il cuoco ci spiego che si erano sbagliati nel salare due volte l' acqua della.pasta.
Dopo 4 anni ci siamo decisi a tornare, gentilissimi per la prenotazione però non ci hanno detto che il menù di ferragosto era fisso, ma questo non è stato un problema.
L 'antipasto di salumi è buono, i formaggi non sono eccezionali.
La carne è buona, la tagliata era cotta a puntino, la briciola di maiale del mio amico sempre salata forse a causa del finochietto, non so,ottime le salsicce.
Il dolce( non di loro produzione)a base di ricotta nulla di eccezionale,ricotta inesistente e pan di Spagna secco.
Non ultimo il conto, 30 euro a persona ci e sembrato un po ' esagerato.
Rimasto deluso, mi dispiace perché mi aspettavo un miglioramento.
I waited about 4 years before doing a review, attracted by the name and the idea of the crazy oak I went with a friend to eat, the first we had (I chose a risotto, my friend spaghetti) were both very salty.
At first we didn't say anything then when we noticed that other people complained too we pointed it out. Initially we were not believed then the cook explains us that they were wrong in salting the pasta water twice.
After 4 years we decided to come back, very kind for the reservation but they did not tell us that the mid-August menu was fixed, but this was not a problem.
The salami appetizer is good, the cheeses are not exceptional.
The meat is good, the tagliata was cooked to perfection, my friend's pork crumb is always salty perhaps because of the finochietto, I don't know, the sausages are excellent.
The dessert (not of their production) based on ricotta nothing exceptional, ricotta non-existent and dry sponge cake.
Last but not least the bill, 30 euros per person seemed a bit exaggerated to us.
Left disappointed, I'm sorry because I was expecting an improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cibo ottimo davvero tutto buono.. Credo abbiano avuto un intoppo perché a servire c era una ragazza sola quindi il servizio è stato davvero troppo lento, quasi 3 ore per un antipasto primo e secondo per 3 persone.
Excellent food really all good .. I think they had a hitch because there was only one girl to serve so the service was really too slow, almost 3 hours for a first and second appetizer for 3 people.
