★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As everything in Borgo Egnazia this restaurant is obviously of good level, but we ended up deciding it wasn't our favourite choice. We found the menu a bit limited to our taste, the price too much in the high side given the quality, the ambiance one that tries too hard to be authentic and exceeds. It's also mildly annoying that despite being in the same place one can't mix dishes from the trattoria and the pizzeria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Frasca proposes a respectful and traditional Apuglian food. Fresh product, true tastes and flavor. You’ll find the traditional dishes and special of the day. The location is astonishing on one of the rooftop of the amazing Borgo Egnazia. So yes that’s an hotel restaurant but that’s a great one. Only comment, it could be expensive for what they propose.
