P	Paolo Muolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inauguro la mia recensione scrivendo che è un posto gourmet, in quanto nessuno lo ha indicato. Siamo stati qui un sabato di ottobre 2020 in 7 persone. Il posto è molto carino e curato nei dettagli. Di sabato sera c'era soltanto una signora a gestire tutti i tavoli, la quale era visibilmente esausta e non riusciva, giustamente, a svolgere adeguatamente il proprio lavoro (vari ritardi nella risposta alle nostre richieste, nonostante ci mettesse tutta la buona volontà). Devo dire che la qualità del cibo è tutt'altro che indifferente. Però davvero misera la quantità. Ok che è un posto gourmet, però un minimo di quantità in più nei piatti... Do tre stelle per servizio scadente e quantità di piatti. Però credo abbiano un buon potenziale. PS: il proprietario è una persona molto gentile. I start my review by writing that it is a gourmet place, as no one has indicated it. We stayed here on a Saturday in October 2020 in 7 people. The place is very nice and attention to detail. On Saturday evening there was only one lady to manage all the tables, who was visibly exhausted and could not, rightly, do her job properly (various delays in responding to our requests, despite putting all her good will into it). I must say that the quality of the food is far from indifferent. But the quantity is really poor. Ok that it is a gourmet place, but a minimum of more quantity in the dishes ... I give three stars for poor service and quantity of dishes. But I think they have good potential. PS: the owner is a very nice person.

Nessuna comunicazione o avviso ,ne tanto meno nessuno che abbia risposto al telefono. Locale praticamente nuovo o ristrutturato di recente credo... forse un pochino "freddo" Primi e secondi piatti con prodotti locali molto buoni. Buonissimo il patè di olive accompagnato con pane e focacce fatti da loro. Non abbiamo trovato folla ed era ben pulito. Il personale gentile e attento indossava la mascherina e controllava sul serio il green pass a tutti i clienti. La sala e la tavola si presentano benissimo. Il cibo è buonissimo, piatti anche abbondanti rispetto al solito e a buon prezzo. Siamo usciti sazi, contenti e soddisfatti. Buonissime le orecchiette con crema di fave e funghi e il manzo. In più abbiamo assaggiato il paté di olive offerto dalla casa... Buonissimo anche quello. Ci ritorneremo. Consiglio di sistemare un pó il menù... di renderlo visivamente più chiaro alla prima lettura senza necessità di spiegazioni. We went here by chance as all the places around were full for lunch. The place surprised us positively. Well-kept, intimate and relaxing environment. We found no crowds and it was well cleaned. The kind and attentive staff wore goggles and seriously checked the green pass to all customers. The room and the table are presented very well. The food is very good, dishes also abundant than usual and at a good price. We left full, happy and satisfied. The orecchiette with broad bean and mushroom cream and the beef are delicious. In addition we tasted the olive paté offered by the house ... Also delicious. We will be back. I recommend adjusting the menu a little ... to make it visually clearer at first reading without the need for explanations.

In foto alcuni piatti che abbiamo degustato a pranzo. Locale molto minimal ma dall'arredamento molto curato e moderno. Location immersa nella valle d'Itria a pochi km dal mare. Sia lo chef che il servizio sono veramente di un livello molto alto, chef che si prende cura dei clienti personalmente ed è molto presente anche in sala, cordiale, disponibile e professionale mentre la ragazza al servizio molto simpatica e preparata. I prezzi sono adeguati, il rapporto qualità prezzo è alto ed ottimo. Siamo stati coccolati in un viaggio nel gusto attraverso i sapori locali elaborati sapientemente. STRACONSIGLIATO! Truly top restaurant, with high quality local ingredients and never banal dishes, always well balanced and with adequate flavors. In the photo some dishes we tasted for lunch. Very minimal place but with very nice and modern furnishings. Location immersed in the Itria valley a few km from the sea. Both the chef and the service are of a very high standard, a chef who takes care of the customers personally and is also very present in the dining room, friendly, helpful and professional while the girl at the service is very nice and prepared. The prices are adequate, the value for money is high and excellent. We were pampered on a journey of taste through expertly crafted local flavors. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
