β β β β β I was asking on their Instagram if itβs possible going to the beach without reservation. They answered me in Italian language only : Prices are at the website. I dont have a problem with money, I can afford buy the gold formula ticket, but I have problem with the fact I was going from the Slovakia and I am on holiday at Polignano a mare and I paid 40β¬ for taxi and on the entrance staff tell me: If you dont have reservation its not possible entry. So **** you! And next time if someone ask you about reservation on social media just tell him true.

β β β β β Very nice location and excellent restaurant. But low attention to guests from employees, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

β β β β β The place is beautiful, beach so clean and precious, so comfortable to be at.. it was being a great day, absolutely perfect.. till I went to the showers and a woman who worked in there told me I couldnβt pass because I was coming from βfree beachβ... everyone started to look at us like if I entered without permission.. so embarrassing.. after a few minutes discussing with this bad mannered woman, trying to explain myself saying that I paid my entry, and she keeping on insist that I was lying (?!?!)... she simply turnt her face into a big fake smile because she suddenly knew she screwed up, and calmly went away... I was like ? wondering what was that made her wonder if I was at the club or not.. I donβt give 5 stars because of this mistreatment.. I think nothing similar happened to me before in any place I have been.. I paid more than 50β¬, and people working in there must be more cautious with their behavior... I understand the entry must be controlled, but not like this.. shame .. because the place is absolutely great and the day for us was so perfect.. till I met this woman!

β β β β β The prices were high (40 euro for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella) and we didn't like the way we were treated. We received the sunbeds in an area far from the sea and when we asked to be moved near the see we were told that all are sold or booked. There were 5-10 pairs of sunbeds that stayed empty all day long but well, we were not good enough.
The facilities were good and clean. Showers and changing rooms and bathrooms. Sand on the beach but rocks when you entered the sea. After 20m it was sand again.
Lunch was good but serving was bad. Waiters wanted to take our plates although we were not finished yet.

β β β β β Great beach, empty during the off/shoulder season. We got two chair on the water for 20β¬. Not fancy ones but enough to keep us off the sand and have some sun protection. Food is limited to just a panini (really good) and only a handful of drink options (beer, wine, coffee). Still well worth going to. No rocks going into the water was nice in contrast to the adjacent areas. Staff was excellent, zero complaints.

β β β β β We spent two days at this beach club and absolutely loved it. The food surprised us too β very delicious. Especially the mixed grilled seafood. Definitely a βgo toβ beach if you are staying in Monopoli or nearby.
