L	Laura Rossini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura meravigliosa e staff grandioso! L'unica cosa che ho scelto io, ma che se tornassi non rifarei uguale è quella di coonsumare la colazione nell'area relax. Mi è sembrata subito un bella l'idea, ma essendo noi in 4 l'ho trovato scomodo. Next time prima colazione seduta a tavola e poi in sala relax! Wonderful facility and great staff! The only thing I chose, but that if I came back I would not do the same again, is to eat breakfast in the relaxation area. The idea immediately seemed a good one, but being 4 of us I found it uncomfortable. Next time breakfast sitting at the table and then in the relaxation room!

Per un attimo ho avuto l'impressione che si vi fossero i fantasmi a farmi compagnia... Da provare in notti tempestose, fredde e nebbiose!!!!! Ancient and fascinating place. Perfect for lovers of places with an ancient warm, medieval flavor and a historical feeling. For a moment I had the impression that there were ghosts to keep me company ... Try it on stormy, cold and foggy nights !!!!!

Purtroppo ci sono diverse pecche,prima fra tutte la pulizia che è molto scarsa soprattutto nella Spa. Abbiamo scoperto che la spa non era stata pulita prima del nostro arrivo (fatto confermato dalla proprietaria): il wc era schizzato,i bidoncini dell'immondizia erano strapieni,la carta igienica mancava ed il pavimento della doccia emozionale era viscido. Nella sala della colazione giacevano cadaveri di cimici vicino al nostro tavolo. Il potenziale ci sarebbe tutto in un posto del genere,ma,ora come ora,non è un relais da 4 stelle. Quando abbiamo presentato le nostre rimostranze alla proprietaria,ella ci ha risposto di non riuscire a trovare del personale adeguato. Tutto ciò ci rattrista, però chi si reca in un luogo del genere,si aspetta una certa pulizia ed una certa professionalità che lì purtroppo mancano. The location of the castle is lovely and the friendliness of the staff perfect. Too bad for everything else. Unfortunately there are several flaws, first of all the cleaning which is very poor especially in the Spa. We discovered that the spa had not been cleaned before our arrival (confirmed by the owner): the toilet was splashed, the garbage cans were overflowing, toilet paper was missing and the emotional shower floor was slimy. In the breakfast room, corpses of bedbugs lay near our table. The potential would be all there in such a place, but, right now, it's not a 4-star relais. When we presented our grievances to the owner, she replied that she could not find suitable staff. All this saddens us, but those who go to such a place expect a certain cleanliness and a certain professionalism that unfortunately is lacking there.

A	Angelo Casazza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasto estremamente colpito dalla bellezza di questo albergo per la collocazione storica (antico castello) e per il piacevole trattamento che la proprietaria e il suo staff mi hanno riservato come ospite. La struttura è molto bella, ben curata e accogliente. La camera è sempre stata in ordine, ben pulita e ben riscaldata. Ho dormito veramente bene. La colazione è ben fornita e variegata con prodotti fatti in casa proprio dalla proprietaria. Si percepisce quella grande passione che ci mette nel gestire questo albergo per poter offrire il meglio ai propri ospiti. E in questo periodo cosi problematico non è facile trovare qualcuno che lo fa così bene come lei. I miei più grandi complimenti. Tutta la struttura merita 10 ma lei e il suo staff meritano la lode. Spero vivamente di ritornare in zona e di soggiornare di nuovo. Un saluto cordiale. I was extremely impressed by the beauty of this hotel for its historical location (ancient castle) and for the pleasant treatment that the owner and her staff have reserved for me as a guest. The structure is very nice, well cared for and welcoming. The room has always been tidy, well cleaned and well heated. I slept really well. The breakfast is well stocked and varied with homemade products from the owner. You can feel the great passion that puts us in managing this hotel in order to offer the best to its guests. And in this troubled time, it's not easy to find someone who does it as well as you do. My biggest compliments. The whole property deserves 10 but she and her staff deserve praise. I sincerely hope to return to the area and stay again. A cordial greeting.

Reception, sala colazione, spa e camere sono al secondo piano dove una ristrutturazione ha modificato quelli che erano gli alloggi della servitù. Personale qualificato e professionale, camere confortevoli, spa al sale dell' Himalaya eccellente, più che buona la colazione conscelta tra piatti dolci e salati. Unica pecca se si ha il sonno leggero è il suono delle campane nella adiacente chiesa quindi armatevi di tappi. Very suggestive place, inside a castle. Reception, breakfast room, spa and bedrooms are on the second floor where a renovation has changed what used to be the servants' quarters. Qualified and professional staff, comfortable rooms, excellent Himalayan salt spa, more than good breakfast chosen between sweet and savory dishes. The only flaw if you are a light sleeper is the sound of the bells in the adjacent church so arm yourself with ear plugs.

Ottima la cena e l'accoglienza di tutto lo staff. Consigliatissimo! We spent a romantic Valentine's Day in the beautiful La Luna suite, inside the castle! There is also the spa, small but nice. Excellent dinner and the welcome of all the staff. Highly recommended!
