Ecco cosa ho con tristezza riscontrato in questo luogo, due caratteristiche concentrate nella figura di una donna dai corti capelli neri, che neanche dopo aver sbagliato per ben due volte a darmi il resto, si è mostrata gentile, anzi, averglielo fatto sommessamente ed educatamente notare, pare l'abbia infastidita. Non avevo mai incontrato un commerciante tanto ostile e scortese e non solo per questo specifico episodio, sul quale avrei potuto soprassedere, ma per l'accoglienza glaciale ricevuta, un qualcosa di assolutamente immotivato, che lascia, oltre allo stupore, anche un senso di sincero rammarico. In un centro estetico una donna, oltre al servizio richiesto, cerca un attimo di spensieratezza, di leggerezza e cordialità, che duri giusto il breve tempo di una ceretta. Un tale approccio con un cliente, peraltro nuovo, è assolutamente inammissibile e, soprattutto, del tutto immotivato. Niente da dire, invece, sulle altre figure lì impiegate, sorridenti e garbate, come professionalità vuole.

I had never met such a hostile and rude merchant and not only for this specific episode, which I could have overlooked, but for the icy welcome received, something absolutely unmotivated, which leaves, in addition to amazement, also a sense of sincere regret. In a beauty center a woman, in addition to the requested service, looks for a moment of lightheartedness, lightness and cordiality, which lasts just the short time of a waxing. Such an approach with a client, however new, is absolutely inadmissible and, above all, completely unmotivated. Nothing to say, however, about the other figures employed there, smiling and polite, as professionalism dictates.
