Cherry on top: it has a lovely garden to sit, which you can't see from outside
Truly hidden gem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful, cosy wine bar where we were recommended a lovely wine by the really knowledgeable and friendly staff. The wine list is extensive but the staff will help you select if you’re not sure. Food was lovely, tapas style plates with a focus on seafood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fantastic little place, just far enough out of the city centre to feel secluded from the tourist crowds. The small menu is filled with great produce and takes some influence from the local area (great focaccia, mortadella on a plate to start) while featuring real Sicilian food.
Service is excellent; very accommodating, friendly, with wait staff obviously passionate about the food they are serving - something that doesn't happen often.
The Vegetarian lasagne was carefully made by a skilled chef, and tasted amazing. Beef tartare was simple but showcased the beef very well. Also, the best cannoli you will eat, with fresh Sicilian ricotta!
