Sebbene si possano trovare al suo interno genere alimentari vari,la sua specialità resta la mozzarella di bufala che trovo la migliore della zona.
Mozzarella di bufala,dunque, ma non solo:anche una ricotta veramente fantastica,assolutamente da provare!
Per me un punto di riferimento da visitare ogni volta che passo per Pianura.
