Locale pulito, accogliente, parcheggio, tutto ottimo ma io devo recensire la mozzarella perche per quello sono andato la. Premetto che di tanto in tanto provo le mozzarelle più rinomate della Campania, da quelle di Battipaglia a quelle dell’alto aversano, da Vannullo alle terre di Don Peppe Diana….ne ho mangiate abbastanza!!! Costanzo é un caseificio rinomato, che partecipa a gare come la Championship di scatti di gusto….onestamente mi ha deluso, ho preso una mozzarella da 1,200 kg, era una spugna piena di acqua/latte che aumentava il peso del 30% e quindi i costi…ma veniamo al gusto: spugnoso anche quello, sentivo fatica alle mascelle nel mangiarla e non era morbida. Forse alle gare portano una mozzarella piu pregiata rispetto a quella che quotidianamente vendono, non lo so. Ma so che in zona c’é molto di meglio a 13,50al kg forse meno rinomato ma con piu sapore da portare a casa. Dopo il mio terzo tentativo da loro, credo di non andarci piu, la spugna non la preferisco, prediligo la mozzarella. Per me é adios !! My experience concerns the Aversa dairy. Costanzo is a renowned dairy, which participates in competitions such as the Championship of shots of taste ... honestly I was disappointed, I took a 1,200 kg mozzarella, it was a sponge full of water / milk that increased the weight by 30% and therefore the costs ... but let's get to the taste: spongy too, I felt fatigue in my jaws in eating it and it was not soft. E proprio la qualità uno dei fattori fondamentali del grande successo avuto negli anni. Oltre alla qualità e l'assortimento di prodotti caseari, da non sottovalutare la massima pulizia ed igiene del locale. Inoltre il personale sempre gentile e sorridente. Posso dire , senza tema di smentita , che in quasi 66 anni di vita NON HO MAI MANGIATO UNA MOZZARELLA MIGLIORE DI QUESTA . Altra menzione di merito per la Stracciata che è DAVVERO SPETTACOLARE . CONSIGLIATISSIMO I live in Milan and I was lucky enough to try the products of this dairy thanks to my daughter who brought them to me from Naples. I can say, without fear of contradiction, that in almost 66 years of life I HAVE NEVER EATEN A BETTER MOZZARELLA THAN THIS. Another mention of merit for the Stracciata which is REALLY SPECTACULAR. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

R	Rosa De Martino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina ho chiesto alla commessa 10 mozzarelle da 150g mi ha risposto non credo che siano rimaste.. Poi è tornata con le 10 mozzarelle di 150 g. Erano sicuramente di ieri IMMANGIABILI se questa è la qualità bhoo e pure 10 mozzarelle abbiamo pagato 26 euro.
