Come altri mi sono fatta tentare dall'acquisto dei famosi fagioli del trasimeno, per poi avere una triste sorpresa...alla cottura degli stessi sono comparsi centinaia di pidocchi. Che grande delusione, soprattutto con quello che li ho pagati!!! Alla luce della segnalazione, la signora Alessandra, con grandissima premura ed efficienza ha provveduto ad inviarmi il prodotto, purtroppo danneggiato dal baco. Il prodotto è eccezionale, ma ancor di più la professionalità con la quale la signora Alessandra ha gestito la situazione. A questo punto non mi resta che consigliare vivamente questo emporio, dove la soddisfazione del cliente viene prima di tutto. TOP A typical shop where you can buy typical products. Tornati a casa in Romagna l'abbiamo mangiata ed era buonissima :-) we entered attracted by the scents, it was all wonderful but due to a hurry we bought "only" the soup with porcini mushrooms. Back home in Romagna we ate it and it was very good :-)

La cordialità e le simpatia dei proprietari rende l'esperienza ancora più piacevole, pronti a dare consigli! Consigliato!!! Small shop, full of flavors! Abbiamo preso due panini con aggiunta di formaggio e subito i titolari hanno cercato di farci scegliere il "pecorino" che volevano loro, con la storia chenon doveva coprire il sapore del salume. Io mi sono impuntato per avere il Pecorino del Lago che avevano nel banco in mostra. Ho controllato che cosa ci mettessero ed ho memorizzato l'aspetto del pecorino che avrei voluto e vi posso assicurare che dal banco il formaggio non si è mosso. Accanto all'affettatrice hanno due pezzi di formaggio (economico) che spacciano per qualsiasi cosa voi chiediate. Sono ritornato dentro a chiedere (già sapendo) che formaggio avesse utilizzato, la signora ha risposto che lo aveva lì vicino, proprio quello che avevo chiesto! Aperto il panino era tutt'altro: pasta molle e compatta, una sottiletta più spessa..... Grazie mille PS: Adesso che riguardo lo scontrino, non hanno applicato Iva neanche alla Birra Moretti in bottiglia piccola, vero prodotto tipico.....che maestri Dishonest. Consigliatissime le zuppe(io adoro quella Etrusca)complete di ricette e di consigli da parte dei proprietari su come prepararle per gustarle al meglio. Invito tutti a farci un salto quando vi trovate in zona,non ve ne pentirete!!! I have been several times to Castiglione del Lago and a stop in this little shop is a must. The quality of the products and the courtesy of Alessandra and Antonio certainly make the difference. The soups are highly recommended (I love the Etruscan one) complete with recipes and advice from the owners on how to prepare them to enjoy them at their best. I invite everyone to drop by when you are in the area, you will not regret it !!!
D	Daniele Varchetta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono già stato diverse volte,in questo adorabile negozietto di Castiglione del Lago,e ci torno sempre con molto piacere sia per la qualità dei prodotti sia per la gentilezza e cordialità del personale,a mio avviso preparato e simpatico,che di questi tempi è un gran valore aggiunto.Passeggiando ho letto che come novità avevano la mortadella di cinghiale e quella al tartufo, come si fa a non provarle?Infatti non ho resistito e le ho comprate entrambe,insieme a dell'ottimo formaggio il Magnifico.Ho preparato una semplice focaccia bianca olio e sale e l'ho farcita con il formaggio, le mortadelle e anche delle verdurine di campo,devo dire d'avvero ottime,assolutamente cosigliate,Grazie e a presto!
