Just as we recommend the Dimora di Apollo, not only for the optimal position (historic center), for the elegance, cleanliness and refinement, for the availability and kindness of the owners, but also for the exclusive cooking school for Sicilian recipes. Gestori simpatici e dinamici, ci hanno proposto escursioni e esperienze veramente interessanti e insolite.. La struttura ha annessa una scuola di cucina siciliana.. Da non perdere.. Aspettiamo le prossime vacanze per poter ritornare in quest oasi di pace e tranquillità in una tipica realtà siciliana. Il paese di origini greche è ricco di storia e strutture architettoniche barocche . Molto vicino e visitabile, una necropoli rupestre nella zona di Pantalica. Offre un clima fresco perché in altura e mitigato dalla vicinanza del mare. La sistemazione offre un servizio impeccabile unito alla simpatia spiccata dei proprietari. In più e non da poco, offre un servizio ristorante davvero eccellente con prodotti freschi e rispettando i canoni della buona cucina siciliana. In conclusione, per gli amanti della quiete, della storia, e dell’avventura, posso assicurarvi che ne vale veramente la pena. Io ritornerò sicuramente e nel frattempo l’ho consigliato ai miei amici. It offers a cool climate because of the high ground and mitigated by the proximity of the sea. The accommodation offers impeccable service combined with the strong friendliness of the owners. In addition and not just, it offers a truly excellent restaurant service with fresh products and respecting the canons of good Sicilian cuisine. The rooms are extremely comfortable and full of light, the place is quiet, close to marvellous baroque monuments and churches, also incredible beaches. The hosts are kind and outgoing, and they provide all the information you need. Not to mention the delicious food that is served, typical of the Sicilian cuisine. We found it most relaxing and enjoyable, and are already looking forward to coming back again next year.
