★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartement was van goede kwaliteit. Volledig en nieuw ingericht, schone en ruime badkamer. Ligging t.o.v. de bezienswaardigheden en centrum is prima te belopen.
Nadeel van het appartement is dat die min of meer een kelder is waardoor de lucht muf en vochtig ruikt. De verhuurder probeert dit op te lossen door 2 luchtverfrissers met sensoren regelmatig te laten sprayen. Maar het blijft heel chemisch en onnatuurlijk.
De ligging aan een drukke weg is evenmin optimaal.
Jammer ook dat de verhuurder alleen Italiaans spreekt en communicatie dus beperkt. Storend ook dat niet op onze berichten over tijdstip van vertrek werd gereageerd.
Apartment was of good quality. Completely and newly furnished, clean and spacious bathroom. Location in relation to the sights and center is easy to walk.
The disadvantage of the apartment is that it is more or less a cellar, so the air smells musty and damp. The landlord tries to solve this problem by regularly spraying 2 air fresheners with sensors. But it remains very chemical and unnatural.
The location on a busy road is not optimal either.
It is also a pity that the landlord only speaks Italian and therefore limited communication. It was also disturbing that our messages about the time of departure were not responded to.

Moderno, pulitissimo e profumatissimo, in ogni angolo si può notare l'attenzione che i proprietari hanno per i loro ospiti. È in posizione centralissima, dotato di tutti comfort, tra cui aria condizionata, WiFi, macchina del caffè Nespresso, ma l'ospitalità e la cortesia del signor Maurizio è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. :)

Modern, very clean and very fragrant, in every corner you can see the attention that the owners have for their guests. It is in a very central position, equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning, WiFi, Nespresso coffee machine, but Mr. Maurizio's hospitality and courtesy was the icing on the cake. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the perfect getaway! everything was just perfect, from getting the flat with a sweet surprise and just enough words but with a spizzico di fun, the appartment has everything you will need and more (the umbrella for the beach!) and everything is brand new. the bathroom is top notch, kitchen also. bed was comfy, everything spotlessly clean and just a few minutes away from everything you need to see in Noto. looking forward to come again. RECOMMENDED!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I debated between a 3 and 4 star on this one. Proximity to the main sites is very good and the apartment was clean and modern. A few disappointments: bed mattress was very thin and bowed like a hammock, so trying to find a spot without a spring poking you was challenging. The building is literally beside the street; if you open the bedroom window and stick your arm out you could probably shake hands with a passenger of a car driving by. So, road noise was an issue. The side street being on a hill, one end of the apartment is below grade and there was a bit of a musty smell. I noted an automatic air freshener which might be a recognition of the fact. The host was timely and helpful. So, if the above observations are not major issues, then it's a good location to visit from.
