★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E per un Box 32 pezzi ci aspettavamo maggior assortimento, facendo i paragoni con attività analoghe, qui viene meno il rapporto qualità prezzo. La cena sarebbe stata dignitosa se avesse avuto costi più contenuti. La tempura mista quasi inesistente, non credevamo che zucchine e peperoni costassero come il caviale Beluga. Sapore decente. E in più intossicazione a entrambi. Se avevo dato tre stelle, adesso una. E pure troppo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'apertura di questo locale mi ha particolarmente sorpresa... Molto scettici decidiamo di prenotare e assaggiare cosa la cucina di Kyo propone... Eh niente.. Da quella volta ormai andiamo lì veramente spesso. Ordinando dal menu a la carte c'è una vasta selezione di sushi e possibilità di ordinare piatti cinesi, si può pure scegliere a prezzo fisso una selezione di sushi pensata da loro, variando da un piatto di 32 pezzi fino a 60. Lo staff cordiale e il locale davvero curato. Offrono persino la possibilità di ordinare asporto, il packaging davvero curato. Rapporto qualità prezzo abbastanza bilanciato se pensiamo che a caltagirone chi fa sushi improvvisa. Consigliato!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eravamo a Caltagirone provenienti da Ragusa per passare una serata diversa e ad una nostra amica è venuta voglia di Sushi.
IL SUSHI PIÙ BUONO MAI MANGIATO!
Il locale è carino ed accogliente.
Abbiamo preferito cenare dentro perché fuori era pienotto. (Sintomo di gradimento elevato del locale e della cucina). Ci ha accolto una ragazza molto simpatica e sorridente che ci ha subito fatto sentire a nostro agio, soprattutto sulla scelta delle portate, visto che non si segue (penso) la formula del "All You Can Eat", il che si traduce in positivo sulla qualità del prodotto.
La ragazza ci ha fatto presente la scelta delle Box (nel nostro caso da 32 pezzi, eravamo in 3) a cui abbiamo aggiunto una tempura di gamberi ed altri 8 pezzi misti.
Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, con i sapori ben distinti, riso ben compatto e Sushi saporito.
Complimenti a tutti, siamo davvero rimasti soddisfatti e verremo a trovarli sicuramente in altre occasioni.
We were in Caltagirone coming from Ragusa to spend a different evening and a friend of ours wanted Sushi.
THE BEST SUSHI EVER EATEN!
The place is nice and welcoming.
We preferred to dine inside as it was full outside. (Symptom of high satisfaction with the restaurant and the kitchen). We were welcomed by a very nice and smiling girl who immediately made us feel at ease, especially on the choice of courses, since we do not follow (I think) the "All You Can Eat" formula, which translates into positive product quality.
The girl pointed out to us the choice of boxes (in our case of 32 pieces, we were 3) to which we added a shrimp tempura and other 8 mixed pieces.
We ate very well, with distinct flavors, well compacted rice and savory Sushi.
Congratulations to everyone, we were really satisfied and we will definitely come to visit them on other occasions.

Sono sempre più colpito dalla professionalità e dalla gentilezza del personale che in perfetta armonia realizza capolavori: bellissimi da vedere e buonissimi da degustare. Personalmente preferisco ritirare box da asporto e, visto che la fedeltà viene anche premiata, ieri sera mi sono preso il mio meritato premio, il box 32... La qualità del prodotto è il risultato di un'attenta scelta delle materie prime e di chi ha particolare cura nel sapientemente trattarle! Complimenti... Consigliatissimo!

I am more and more impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff who create masterpieces in perfect harmony: beautiful to look at and delicious to taste. Personally I prefer to collect take-away boxes and, since loyalty is also rewarded, last night I took my well-deserved prize, box 32 ...
