Pour un prix plus que raisonnable, la pâte est croustillante, et les ingrédients sont délicieux. Nous nous sommes régalés ! We hesitated to enter because the terrace was not very crowded. But what an excellent decision to have eaten at Cirra! For a more than reasonable price, the dough is crisp, and the ingredients are delicious. We feasted !

Oltre un aumento di circa il 30% che non è poco, ma aumenta tutto e possiamo giustificare, la qualità è decisamente peggiorata! Prima erano belle croccanti e alveate, adesso impasto colloso e molliccio. Mi spiace ma non penso di riordinare. Saluti. Honestly I was very disappointed ... Over an increase of about 30% which is not a little, but everything increases and we can justify, the quality has definitely deteriorated! Before they were nice crunchy and honeycomb, now sticky and mushy dough. I'm sorry but I don't think about tidying up. Greetings.

Ingredienti e impasto eccellenti. Si sente la cura dei sapori. Il prezzo è abbordabile considerando di trovarsi in pieno centro città ed è una delle pinserie più economiche della città. Il locale è piccolo ma accogliente, ben illuminato. Il personale è gentile. Una bella scoperta Ritorneremo! Grazie ragazzi! We had lunch in this place. For us it was a great discovery! We had never had the pleasure of eating a TRUE ROMAN PINSA in Catania! Excellent ingredients and dough. You feel the care of the flavors. The price is affordable considering being in the city center and it is one of the cheapest pinserie in the city. The place is small but welcoming, well lit. The staff is nice. Abbiamo ordinato una cirra con zucchine al forno, pomodorini, mozzarella e scaglie di grana. Che dire ...una vera delizia! Impasto molto leggero e super digeribile , soprattutto per chi soffre di gastrite come me e ha difficoltà a volte a digerire l'impasto della pizza . Ingredienti freschi e ben conditi, tutto questo a prezzi davvero accessibili. Infine ci tenevo a ringraziare i propietari per la loro simpatia e cortesia. È stato un piacere e non vediamo l'ora di ritornare! Super consigliato! My sister and I had dinner last night in this lovely restaurant in the historic center of Catania. We ordered a cirra with baked zucchini, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and parmesan flakes. What can I say ... a real treat! Very light and super digestible dough, especially for those who suffer from gastritis like me and sometimes have difficulty digesting the pizza dough. Fresh and well-seasoned ingredients, all this at very affordable prices. Finally, I wanted to thank the owners for their friendliness and courtesy. It was a pleasure and we can't wait to go back! Super recommended!

I ordered for me the pizza with tuna and caraméliséd onion. Omg what a pleasure!! One of the best I had so far. Recommend and I’ll be back!
