★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesi, inefficienti, poco chiari, non hanno voglia di spiegarti le cose. Sono totalmente disorganizzati. Quando entri in banca non è chiaro dove devi recarti a seconda dell'operazione che devi fare, nessuno te lo dice e se chiedi quasi si infastidiscono. Per la cassa si prende il numero ma poi il sistema automatico di chiamata dei numeri non è attivo e loro stessi non chiamano i numeri ma seguono l'ordine di arrivo in maniera parecchio confusionaria.
 Rude, inefficient, unclear, they don't want to explain things to you. They are totally disorganized. When you enter the bank it is not clear where you have to go depending on the operation you have to do, no one tells you and if you ask they are almost annoyed. For the cashier you take the number but then the automatic number call system is not active and they themselves do not call the numbers but follow the order of arrival in a very confusing way.
