Così ieri (venerdì) a pranzo, abbiamo mangiato qui (dietro prenotazione) dopo una sola settimana di distanza dall'apertura e ci è stato riservato carinamente un tavolo accanto alla finestra. Che piacere è stato ritornare a gustare la fantastica cucina che anche questa volta non ci ha delusi, anzi come sempre si è rivelata una conferma di qualità e di bontà assolute! Porzioni giuste, cibo ottimo e cucinato alla perfezione, ingredienti di prima scelta, condimenti perfetti e pasta fatta a mano, cosa volere di più? Inoltre è confortante ritrovare lo stesso staff così cordiale, gentile e molto attento alle esigenze del cliente, ma del resto i proprietari non sono cambiati, sono i medesimi e pertanto non potevamo non rimanere soddisfatti in tutto e per tutto. Il locale è molto più piccolo del precedente, direi raccolto, ma sempre accogliente, ben arredato, caldo e confortevole! Prezzi in linea con lo spettacolare pregio delle pietanze cucinate. With my partner we were customers of Cavola d'oro since it was located in the other historic location, of which I have always left excellent reviews and therefore we could not miss this new opening in the Grottaferrata area, a worthy continuation of the excellent work done previously. . So yesterday (Friday) for lunch, we ate here (by reservation) after only one week after it opened and a table was nicely reserved for us by the window. What a pleasure it was to return to taste the fantastic cuisine that once again did not disappoint us, indeed as always it proved to be a confirmation of absolute quality and goodness! Right portions, great and perfectly cooked food, first choice ingredients, perfect toppings and handmade pasta, what more could you want? It is also comforting to find the same staff so friendly, polite and very attentive to customer needs, but the owners have not changed, they are the same and therefore we could not fail to be satisfied in everything and for everything. The place is much smaller than the previous one, I would say cozy, but always welcoming, well furnished, warm and comfortable! Prices in line with the spectacular value of the cooked dishes. La Cavola d’oro era già una garanzia di qualità e con la riapertura c’è stata anche un’evoluzione nei piatti. Materie prime di ottima qualità e piatti preparati al momento. Il personale è molto accogliente e attento alle tue richieste. Squisita laPolenta fritta con baccalà mantecato ed il millefoglie di melanzane.. Strepitosi il filetto di manzo con salsa alle cipolle e lo stinghetto di maialino. I dolci poi ti fanno sognare. Insomma una delizia per il palato e per la mente. BRAVI! The staff is very welcoming and attentive to your requests. Delicious fried polenta with creamed cod and aubergine millefeuille. The beef fillet with onion sauce and pork stinghetto are amazing. The desserts then make you dream. In short, a delight for the palate and the mind. GOOD!
