Da provare assolutamente il sushi di carne. Servizio curato e molto attento. Titolare accogliente e pronto a spiegare i dettagli di ogni piatto. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Very nice location, welcoming and gives a sense of relaxation. Excellent dishes with combinations of original ingredients but above all of quality. The meat sushi is absolutely worth trying. Careful and very attentive service. Welcoming owner and ready to explain the details of each dish. We will definitely be back.

Ci siamo tornati, io e la mia ragazza, per festeggiare il mio compleanno e devo dire che oltre alla grande passione per il mestiere, c'è stata anche grande empatia da parte del proprietario ( Grande Cristian ). Ogni piatto si mangia prima con gli occhi e poi con la bocca. Abbiamo concluso la serata con un ottimo Rum d'annata affumicato al sigaro. Beh che dire di più. Complimenti ragazzi, continuate così. Excellent restaurant. The first time I was there I was amazed by the exceptional quality of the meat (Larded fillet). We went back, me and my girlfriend, to celebrate my birthday and I must say that in addition to the great passion for the craft, there was also great empathy on the part of the owner (Grande Cristian). Each dish is eaten first with the eyes and then with the mouth. We ended the evening with an excellent cigar-smoked vintage rum. Well what to say more. Congratulations guys, keep it up.

Abbiamo da subito capito quanto si sentissero sicuri sulla carne e quindi abbiamo preso il "gran crudo": un percorso di 8 assaggi attraverso tartare e nigiri uno più buono dell'altro, accompagnati da un'ottima falanghina molto sapida che in effetti ci stava proprio bene, consigliatissimo. Molto buoni anche i secondi: tagliata pecorino e noci e carrè porchettato. Peccato esser stati troppo pieni per i dolci ma contiamo di tornare! The staff immediately made us feel at home, treating us with great cordiality and attention but without "suffocating us". We immediately understood how safe they felt about meat and so we took the "gran raw": a journey of 8 tastings through tartare and nigiri, one better than the other, accompanied by an excellent, very savory phalanghina that actually suited us. well, highly recommended. The second courses are also very good: sliced pecorino and walnuts and pork loin. Too bad we were too full for sweets but we plan to return!

Siamo stati in coppia, ci hanno fatto viaggiare in Italia attraverso un sushi scomposto rivisitato grazie al quale abbiamo assaggiato combinazioni tipiche delle diverse regioni. Attenzione al cliente e prezzi giusti. Very special place, furnished with care, the same as they reserve for dishes and customers. We were as a couple, they made us travel to Italy through a revisited decomposed sushi thanks to which we tasted typical combinations of the different regions. Attention to the customer and fair prices.

La professionalità del proprietario, insieme all'eccellenza dello chef e alla bravura del cameriere, hanno un reso il pranzo un'esperienza culinaria davvero piacevole. Tutte le portate, dall'antipasto al dolce, sono state più che gradite, per non parlare del buonissimo pane fatto da loro! Prezzi leggermente sopra la media ma perfettamente in linea con la qualità dei prodotti!!! Torneremo sicuramente! ? VERY GOOD! All courses, from appetizers to desserts, were more than welcome, not to mention the delicious bread made by them!
