Pro: titolare attentissimo, si premura di contattarci in anticipo, e ci segnala dove mangiare varie prelibatezze / appartamento in un punto stratosferico, attaccato al mare, vista impagabile, parcheggio libero a 3 minuti, ristoranti, centro e lungomare attaccati / a richiesta, cambio giornaliero asciugamani. Colazione al vicinissimo bar Nettuno (a noi diverte, per qualcuno potrebbe essere un po' scomodo). Contro: si paga in contanti (cosa che è ben chiarita in anticipo, nessuna sorpresa). Data la spesa, scomodo. 3 nights in a row on the first floor of this structure. Which deserves an analytical review. Pros: careful owner, he takes care to contact us in advance, and tells us where to eat various delicacies / apartment in a stratospheric point, attached to the sea, priceless view, free parking at 3 minutes, restaurants, center and promenade attached / on request, change daily towels. Breakfast at the nearby bar Nettuno (we enjoy it, for some it might be a bit uncomfortable). Cons: you pay in cash (which is well clarified in advance, no surprise). Given the expense, inconvenient.
D	Dafne Abbruzzino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un piccolo monolocale con vista meravigliosa sul mare e trapani. Il proprietario molto gentile e ottimi i suoi consigli culinari!! Dato il poco preavviso nostro purtroppo non abbiamo trovato il monolocale attrezzato al meglio...ad esempio c'erano i segni delle zanzare spiavvicate sulle pareti, non c'era colazione nel frigo e non c'erano dei saponi utili in bagno. Inoltre la Wi-Fi è inesistente all'interno del monolocale ma il proprietario lo sa e certamente cercherà di risolvere il problema. Consigliato se non avete grandi pretese, volete godervi la città e volete stare tranquilli. Presente l'aria condizionata. It is a small studio apartment with a wonderful view of the sea and Trapani. The owner is very kind and his culinary tips are excellent !! Given our short notice, unfortunately we did not find the studio apartment equipped at best ... for example, there were signs of mosquitoes scattered on the walls, there was no breakfast in the fridge and there were no useful soaps in the bathroom. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi is non-existent inside the studio but the owner knows this and will certainly try to solve the problem. Recommended if you do not have great expectations, you want to enjoy the city and you want to rest assured. There is air conditioning.

A due passi dal centro storico lo consiglio vivamente a chi vuole godersi tramonti mozzafiato e addormentarsi con il dolce mormorio del mare. Ci torneremo sicuramente! Absolutely flawless! A perfect blend of kindness, comfort and strategic location. A stone's throw from the historic center I highly recommend it to those who want to enjoy breathtaking sunsets and fall asleep with the gentle murmur of the sea. We will definitely be back!

Impeccabile la pulizia e ottima la colazione servita in un bar a pochi passi dalla struttura. La terrazza è un incanto con vista su Erice e sulle isole Egadi con tramonti da togliere il fiato! Pietro, il gestore, è una persona gentile, disponibile e pronta a venire incontro alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti con consigli e informazioni per farli sentire come a casa. Struttura consigliatissima! Il top! Tornerò presto! Excellent seaside property! Dream location! Crystal clear sea just below the house! Great welcome and hospitality! Large, comfortable and bright rooms. Impeccable cleanliness and excellent breakfast served in a bar a few steps from the hotel. The terrace is an enchantment with a view of Erice and the Egadi islands with breathtaking sunsets! Pietro, the manager, is a kind person, available and ready to meet the needs of his guests with advice and information to make them feel at home. Highly recommended facility! The top! I will be back soon!

Unusually tranquil at night, given the location,spacious, clean modern rooms with A/C and heating for winter visitors,we were there at the end of October. Common terrace,up on the roof with 300 degrees view of the sea and islands. Piero ,the owner very,very professional and caring, 10 minutes away of safe walking to the center of the town,nearby fish restaurants,less then 300 feet away, and the final gem... the fish market, every day in the morning with the local fishermen and their catch in full view, not to be missed.
