★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La casa è grande e pulita e Massimiliano è gentilissimo, vicina al centro, ad un quarto d'ora da lì passa il tram 8 che ti porta in centro.
La zona è tranquilla e sotto c'è un super forno per fare colazione!
 The house is large and clean and Massimiliano is very kind, close to the center, a quarter of an hour from there passes the tram 8 that takes you downtown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'appartamento è grande, pulito accogliente. Due ampie camere matrimoniali, 2 bagni uno con doccia e accesso diretto da una camera, l'altro, con vasca, sul corridoio. Cucina ben attrezzata ampio soggiorno-ingresso con balcone. Zona tranquilla, comoda per arrivare in centro con il tram n.8. Ottimo forno sotto casa con bar e alimentari. Preciso, affidabile e molto cordiale Massimiliano, il proprietario.
Sistemazione ideale per una meravigliosa vacanza romana!
The apartment is large, clean and welcoming. Two large double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms one with shower and direct access from one room, the other, with bathtub, on the corridor. Well equipped kitchen large living room-entrance with balcony. Quiet area, convenient to get to the center with tram 8. Excellent oven under the house with bar and food. Accurate, reliable and very friendly Massimiliano, the owner.
Ideal accommodation for a wonderful Roman holiday!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo arrivati a Roma in auto. Comodo avere il garage coperto e sorvegliato sotto casa (al giusto prezzo). L appartamento si presenta come da descrizione. Pulizia ottima. Molto comodo per una famiglia, ma anche per 2 coppie di amici in quanto ogni camera ha la sua privacy e bagno. Buoni gli spazi e complete le dotazioni. A 10 minuti di cammino si prende la linea 8 del tram che conduce in pieno centro a piazza Venezia. Da qui noi abbiamo sempre girato a piedi sino ai principali monumenti e musei godendosi così di ogni vista che questa ricca e stupenda città offre . Consiglio sicuramente e tranquillamente questo appartamento a chi vuol passare una serena vacanza a Roma. Un saluto al gentilissimo e simpatico Massimiliano dalla mia famiglia
We arrived in Rome by car. Handy to have a covered garage and guarded the house (at the right price). The apartment is presented as described. Excellent cleaning. Very convenient for a family, but also for 2 couples as each room has its own bathroom and privacy. Good space and complete amenities. A 10-minute walk you take the tram line 8 leading into the center of the Piazza Venezia. From here we have always turned on foot to the main monuments and museums as well enjoying each view that this rich and beautiful city offers. Council surely and quietly this apartment for those who want to spend a quiet holiday in Rome. Greetings to the very kind and nice Massimiliano from my family
