Dopo una giornata di sci a Campodolcino ci siamo fermati a fare la spesa in questa macelleria solo perché vista sulla statale, semplicemente per comprarci la cena. Ordine, pulizia ed eleganza regnano nel locale, e salta subito al naso il profumo della carne. La signora al banco è stata gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto assaggiare della bresaola e ben 5 tipi di formaggio con sapori a salire nel gusto. Abbiamo acquistato del formaggio, della bresaola e due costate di bovino da bestie di zona macellate da loro. A casa ci siamo cucinati le costate: apoteosi di gusto! Da anni non assaggiavo carne con sapore e consistenza tanto buone! Morbida, profumata, un burro... Tornerò, e difficilmente mangerò altra carne. Ho trovato la mia preferita. Guys here we are in the paradise of meat and cheeses. After a day of skiing in Campodolcino we stopped to shop in this butcher shop only because it was seen on the state road, simply to buy dinner. Order, cleanliness and elegance reign in the restaurant, and the scent of meat immediately jumps to the nose. The lady at the counter was kind and helpful, she made us taste bresaola and 5 types of cheese with flavors to rise in taste. We bought cheese, bresaola and two ribs of beef from local animals slaughtered by them. At home we cooked the ribs: apotheosis of taste! For years I have not tasted meat with such good flavor and consistency! Soft, fragrant, a butter ... I'll be back, and hardly eat more meat. I found my favorite.

Apoteosi dei formaggi da loro prodotti in alta montagna e poi venduti freschi o stagionati. Possibilità di confezionare sotto vuoto i prodotti per asportazione. Competenza e Professionalità. Prezzi assolutamente concorrenziali. Veramente consigliabile. We have been serving in this Ambrosini store for over 20 years. Meat slaughtered by them, Expertise in cutting, presentation, suggestions how to cook. Bresaole from them packaged. Poultry and pork. Apotheosis of the cheeses they produce in the high mountains and then sold fresh or seasoned. Possibility of vacuum packing products for removal. Competence and Professionalism.
