Excellent availability of cuts. They offer both lean and marbled meats. Super competitive prices. We took a really good diaphragm (well cleaned, 0 silver skin) and a superb ribeye.

Nulla da dire.. il ragazzo ha illustrato perfettamente ció che mi si presentava davanti al bancone e appassionato e cultore di ció che mi stava illustrando mi ha stupito dalle spiegazioni tecniche sui tagli di carne e dalle loro lavorazioni. Top. Consigliatissimo
Meat bomb, in particular the Angus (in my case) service and friendliness at the top. Nothing to say .. the boy perfectly illustrated what was presented to me in front of the counter and passionate and lover of what he was illustrating to me amazed me by the technical explanations on the cuts of meat and their processing.
